    I was thinking that too but her hairstyle really didnt match it. her hair should have been curled, and the personality doesnt match...but i do think katy and pinkie pie look alike, and act alike...
    Katy perry: Pink hair, outgoing, sings songs, some people think she's annoying or cute.
    Pinkie pie: Pink hair, sings random songs, some people think she's annoyingly cute.
    Fluttershy: Pink hair, sings songs, really shy, nobody thinks she's annoying, but she is cute!!!
    -so i think pinkie pie matches better with the personality-
