    Drake and Corren did their tasks, pushing and pulling with all their might


    Periphetes Looked at them. "Wait what are you doing?" he asked, alarmed

    Rebecca was actually surprised they were able to life the rock with her on it up with that rope. She held the rope to keep her balance on it untill it was at prime position. One second off and this wouldent work. When the boulder was just above the monsters head, she sliced the rope and crouched onto it to put her weight into the impact. "Say good bye a** hole." She said grinning and braced for the impact when the boulder would hit him full force.

    The boulder landed on him, spreading roars all around


    Corren laughed. "YES I think he-" he was cut off by the sudden moan of the monster, then a chuckle


    "You really think I would fall for the same thing twice?!" he roared, hurling the boulder upward

    Rebecca had totaly anticipated that. That was the only reason she had stayed with the rock knowing she may need it. She had made her way under the boulder and swung herself at Periphetes when he tossed it back up into the air. Landing on his back she plunged a poision toped arrow from her quiver into his neck. "No ... but this time, it had a twist ..." she whispered in his ear before hoping off his back. She had a look of triumph (spell fail) knowing they had won but she looked up just in time for the boulder to crash into her.


    OOC: *dramatic music*

    Corren saw the boulder. "S---! Rebecca!" he yelled, diving into her. They narrowly missed the boulder

    Rebecca had closed her eyes waiting for the impact but she felt herself knocked over and opened them to see Corren. "C-Corren ..." she muttered looking over where the boulder had just barely missed them. It took her a while to notice that her leg had gotten hit. She didnt notice till the pain hit her like a hurricane. She turned to see her leg stuck under it. "Dear God's!" She shouted trying to pull it free.

    Corren saw it. "I got an idea." he said as he pressed his hand on the boulder part around her foot. It slowly started to melt away. "Ok, pull it out.... NOW." he said as he blocked the now lava from hitting her

    Rebecca pulled her foot free then looked around. "Did we do it ..." she asked as she twisted her foot back into place woundering if she had caught the monster off guard enough to kill it.

    Periphetes lay almost dead on the ground. Drake had been working while Corren and Rebecca had their episode

    Rebecca ran over to Drake as fast as someone with a an injered foot could. "I thought the combination of poision and the bronze would have done the job ..." she said.

    Drake looked at the body. "If anything he is going through worse pain..." he said, stabbing him again in the neck

    Drake shrugged. "I don't kn-" he was cut off by it suddenly poofing into dust, all over his face

    Drake wipped the dust off his face. he then grinned. "How would you like to High-Jack a monster's pick-up?" he asked with a sly grin, finding the keys in the dust


    Corren laughed. "You dirty, and dusty, rascal." he beamed

    Drake hopped in the front seat. "I promise not to wreck this one." he said as he started it up


    Corren got in shotgun. "Yeah well... its a rental so who cares?" he laughed

    Drake laughed. "Relax." he said as he started down the highway. Soon they passed newyork and were crossing the New Jersey border
