  • She walked towards the hole, then flipped quickly, spraying dust behind her.

  • " Now for the hole, try to aim the spray, get it in the hole." she purred praisingly.

  • "Alright," she said, backing away. She got down into position, and sprayed the dust into the hole.

  • She walked past the hole, then suddenly got into position and covered it with dust.

  • "Try running, then jumping into position. Then just jumping into position." Linxpelt meowed.

  • She ran, then suddenly jumped into position. then she jumped into position again.

  • "Ok." mewed Jadepaw. "By the way, is it possible to invent new moves?"

  • "What do you have in mind, I invented that didn't I?" linxpelt mewed.

  • "Well, if a cat is trying to jump on your back, you could duck down and let them fly over you, and while their in the air, rake their belly with your claws." she mewed.

  • "So...sort of like...They leap to get you, you dodge beneath and leap after them with paw swipes?" purredLinxpelt.

  • "basically, as soon as they are right above you, claw at their sides and belly as they pass over." she smiled.

  • Jadepaw ducked underneath her lunge and pawed at her underside as she passed over.

  • Purring, Linxpelt meowed," That might work. Lets see...you needed more accuracy on the area to hit
and better landing though. Try again."

  • She pawed at the place where she thought the heart would be as her mentor passed over this time, then gripped the ground firmly with her claws on the landing.

  • Seeing the marking, Linxpelt purred,"Now, you should attack the belly, its soft and vulnerable without bones to protect it."

  • "Oh. OK." she replied.

  • Linxpelt purred and crouched down, ready to leap out at her apprentice.
