  • Wesley mewed, and pounced, trapping the ladybug under his tiny brown paw. He didn't know he was lost, and he wasn't aware that he was being watched....

    OOC: Someone raise him ???

  • Coral walked over to the kit. "Where's your mother?" she asked him.

  • He looked up confused. "Mew?" He said. He couldn't really talk yet, he really only knew two words: 'Wesley' and 'Hi'

  • Coral realized he didn't seem old enough to answer. She gave him a good sniff.

  • Coral frowned. There was no parent in sight, and she couldn't leave him alone out here. So she picked him up and carried him into the barn where she lived.

  • He squirmed a little, but didn't mind. At least the cat was warm, unlike they icey snow that whipped around the two.

  • She dropped him onto a bale of hay and looked him over. He didn't look old enough to manage solid food, so she offered him mouse blood.

  • Coral sighed with relief that she had a way to feed him. Still, she should try to find his mother. Perry might know about her.

OOC: could you tell me about where the Wesley's from and who his parents are so I can have some idea of what to do for the plot?

  • OOC: He was born a kittypet, but his parents ran away from the twoleg place with him, and somehow got killed. (Car)

IC: He wriggled around, mewing happily after he had finished the mouse blood.

  • Coral purred as she watched Wesley. She would wait till he fell asleep, then go pay her friend a visit.

  • Coral trotted through the fields and finally arrived at Perry's den.

    - time skip -

She stepped back into the barn, remembering what Perry had said. If the rumors were true, she had an orphan to care for.

  • Coral walked over and licked Wesley on top of his head. "You poor kit," she whispered, knowing he wouldn't understand a word. "Perry told me about your parents."

  • The sight of Wesley frolicking about the barn made Coral smile, even through the tragedy she had heard of. She dropped into a play-crouch, tail swishing back and forth.

  • Coral's tail was pinned down. She purred happily, batting gently at Wesley.
