Marker nodded and limped towards a small, cozy cave. He laid the gem down. "Here we are." he meowed.

"There's plenty of fresh kill around so help yourself." Marker meowed.

Shrewpaw pounced on a squirrel and clamped it in her jaw. She dropped the food at Markers feet and asked "Want to share this one?"

"I'll catch my own, thanks." he meowed, padding out into the forest. He spied a plump mouse nibbling on a seed. He dropped into a crouch and slid along the forest floor, unaware to the mouse. He pounced, killing it with one blow of his paw.
