You walk along the dark, long, dirt roads of the kingdom you had just entered looking for a home, your eyes darting back and forth, taking in the scenery as you were curious of the Kingdom you had entered. You entered at the south part of the Kingdom, where a large, cheerful and bright village lay. The people there were very kind, offering you shelter- which you turned down for now, food- which you gladly accepted, and happy faces- which were great to see. After moving on, however, you came to crossroads, and a huge gate. Beyond that gate, was a giant battle field of some sort, freshly tainted with tons of horrendous crimson blood. This terrified you, and you dare not go onto it, so you look quickly at the signs at the crossroads. The one pointing to your left, reads light, and the one to your right, darkness. They both lead into the dense forest, with the roads barely being visible. You just stop for a moment, and think. You could go either way, or back to the village. Either way, each of those decisions will most likely have you charging out onto that battlefield.
