What are the requirements to become a bio approver?
What are the requirements to have your Fan-Clan/Group become offical or at least have a subboard?

You don't ask to become staff as that will decrease your chances of becoming staff.
What you can do is be active on the site friendly to everyone, and perhaps a staff will see it and bring it up the rest of staff ^^
The bio approvers are actually now called Community Assistants also.
To become official your clan must have been active for 12 months and have at least 10,000 posts or more.
I'm not sure if staff are making anymore sub boards however say you want a sub board but it's already taken by another clan, you may have your clan battle that one and if you win, I believe the board becomes yours. -
2000 posts and 2 (or 6) monthes. And no you do not want to ask to be staff. Besides, I don't think we are even hiring at the moment.

However there is no guarantee on you getting your own board. The staff have stopped making boards just because there were so many. They might do it again in the future but not right now.

It's not just a rank, you get chosen if you are active, friendly, and helpful.
On your Clan requirement questions, Dragon's got the right idea. Subboards aren't guaranteed but you might be able to get one.
