~Gathering for DuskClan and DawnClan ONLY [p]

    Moonfeather looked around. Everyone seemed to be quiet.

    Secretpaw looked around. "It seems like we're the only apprentices so far." She murmured to Eclipsepaw.

    DawnClan
    Dawnstar stood up." The Gathering has started. This is the very first gathering between DawnClan and DuskClan. We shall here from Moonfeather's report first." He said standing back, giving Moonfeather room.

    Eclipsepaw looked around." Looks like it. " He sat down near the back and motioned with his tail for Secretpaw to sit next to him." It's starting." He whispered.

    Secretpaw nodded and sat down next to Eclipsepaw.

    Moonfeather gulped. This was going to be her first time. "As most of you have probably noticed, Duskstar is not with us." She began her report

    Eclipsepaw watched with intent. I hope Duskstar is here tonight to see the first gathering. He nudged a little closed to Secretpaw, feeling the darkness would engulf him.


    Dawnstar had his head bowed as a silent vigil for the lost Clan leader.

    Silentriver padded to the High Rock.

    "Two spies of the Lucid Lights, an antic-clan, lived in our clan for a few moons. We did not realize that these two cats were spies and besides, at the time we needed cats." Moonfeather announced. She paused and then contiuned. "So one day they unexpectly invaded us. Lorem, their leader, attacked Duskstar and killed her. I regret to say that also another warrior attacked Lorem and was killed to."

    Secretpaw closed her eyes shut and twined her tail with Eclipsepaw. Why did Dawnstar make Moonfeather go first?

    Dawnstar lifted his head, signaling that he was, at last, ready for his turn when she had finished.



    Eclipsepaw lowered his head and closed his eyes. It was my fault that she died. If I hadn't left, I could have saved her. It was my fault. He couldn't look at anyone or do anything, but feel the closeness of Secretpaw. Why did we even have to leave? Why did she have to leave?

    Silentriver sat down.

    "Before it is Dawnstar's turn, I like to say that other than Duskstar's death, three young cats of ours, Ashpaw, Dapplepaw and Dewfeather have also died before the battle."

    Silentriver looked at her paws, sadly.

    Dawnstar stepped forward and started his report." We have been doing well with plentyful prey. We found a newborn kit and took him into the Clan. We also found a badger Clan nearby so keep your patrols up." He glanced at Moonfeather.

    "A badger clan?" Moonfeather murmured to herself. Did badgers actually worship StarClan? No, no that was wrong. They must do follow something else. Moonfeather nodded to Dawnstar

    Silentriver looked at the cats around her, "DuskClan has been over powered. DuskClan has been forced to move to new territory." she finished.

    Breezepaw looked confused, he hadn't know they had been over powered "duskclan doesn't have to kove, we are just fine! if anything moving is the opposite of what we need, no one is gonna force us to move!" breezepaw spoke up.

    OOC: I think he/she meant DawnClan.


    IC: Dawnstar waited until the clearing quieted down." We have had move, as Moonfeather knows, but we will be strong again and will force the badgers out when we recover. The gathering is now over. You may speak to one another for the time-being." He leaped down from the rock.

    Eclipsepaw wanted to leave." Do you want to go Secretpaw?"

    Secretpaw yawned. "Sure. I'm tired." She sleepily purred as she stood up and streched.

    Rosethorn looked across the clearing

    Eclipsepaw nodded." Me too." He lied. He just didn't like being by so many people. He got up and stretched as well, his muscles sore from sitting down for so long.
