Flowerpaw was laying on the ground just outside the apprentice's den, enjoying the sun on her fur. She was waiting for her mentor to arrive. She couldn't say she was particularly excited, the life of a kit seemed so much easier. But she was six moons now and this was the price. She kept an eye out, ready to jump up. Just because she was lazy didn't mean she wanted to give that impression.

Fireleaf padded over to his apprentice. "Hey!" he meowed. "What do you want to learn first? We could hunt, go on patrol, or practice fighting - Oh, right! I almost forgot! A walk around the territory! What'da think?"
OOC: Whoa, his sentence was long ^^
-
She looked him over. He seemed very... eager. Well, there were worse things he could be. She smiled at him and said softly, "Sounds great."
-
Fireleaf nodded. "Have you eaten yet?"
-
She nodded, although she actually couldn't recall. She wasn't hungry, and that was good enough.
"Let's go." -
"Okay." Fireleaf led the way out of camp, and began the tour.
OOC: Do you mind if we continue tomorrow? I'm super - tired and busy - sorry.
-
Flowerpaw followed, trying to set her mind in focus mode.
OOC: That's fine, I'll be on sometime mid-afternoon I think.
-
meh too - cya laterz! ^.^
-
"How long is the tour?" she asked, carefully keeping her voice idle.
-
Fireleaf gave his apprentice a reassuring glance. "Not too long."
-
"Okay," she nodded, relieved. "Where are we now?"
-
"The Sky Oak." Fireleaf looked up at the huge tree. "Only a couple of ThunderClan warriors in history have ever climbed to the top."
-
Flowerpaw looked up, her mind immediately caught up in a fanciful tale of a cat who lived up there.
-
Fireleaf's red pelt glowed in the sun as he looked up at the Oak. "Well, let's move on. Next, we can take a look at the training hollow."
-
Flowerpaw continued to gaze up at the tree for several moments before shaking her head and looking at her mentor. "I'm sorry, what?"
-
Fireleaf looked at his apprentice. "Training hollow," he repeated.
-
"Right, sorry, okay. Let's go," Flowerpaw hung her head down. Pay attention, stupid.
-
Fireleaf led the way to the hollow. "Do you want to stop here and practice?" he asked, a friendly but gentle glint in his eyes.
-
"Okay..." she said, a tad hesitantly. She didn't want to say no, but she was nervous.
-
Fireleaf nodded. "Let's get started then. Now, what do you think would be a good idea for a starting attack?"
