Furystar nodded her approval, "Flamepaw from this day forward you will be known as Flamethrower, and ElderClan welcomes you as a full Guardian." she meowed eyes shining with pride.
She rested her head on the shoulder of the young she cat.
Sima Mei led the chant "Flamethrower!"

He joined the chant, glancing toward Sima Mei. She wasn't his apprentice anymore, that much was obvious. And she would be gone in the morning, leaving to her Ranger Duties - whatever those were.
"Congratulations Flamethrower," he said turning his gaze back to her, smiling. "Finally, right?"
Flamethrower grinned. "As lazy as you were--and still is sometimes--I still have no clue how you passed me." Flamethrower joked as she licked him on the shoulder

"I know, I'm a right piece of work," he chuckled. He glanced over at Sima Mei and made a decision. "Excuse me for a moment," he told Flamethrower and he padded over to her. "Come on a walk with me?" he asked her in an undertone.
Sima Mei nodded and threw a look at Zephyr, before padding after Lightscattered, her lithe rosetted form catching up to him quickly. She didn't want to be near him right now, and it was taking all of her self control not to turn tail and run from this place right now.
"What's up?" she meowed.

He glanced at her before looking forward, wondering how he was going to do this. His heart was in agony, he wanted her to stay like this, by him. "You were a wonderful apprentice," he said softly. "I'm very proud of you."
He swallowed.
"I'm sorry."
Mei looked ahead listening planning on smiling and telling him she was going to miss him too. But when he said he was sorry she all but cried out her heart wrenched, "Why are you sorry?"

"For being so thick." And he touched his nose against her cheek for a split moment before quickly taking it away.
"I like you too, Mei Mei," and before he could make any bigger fool out of himself he padded quickly ahead, letting her adsorb what he'd said and either hate him or not.
Sima Mei felt her heart break then. "Light you idiot!" she howled, angry tears filling her eyes. She wanted to kick and scream at him for dropping this on her the night before she left.
"Why tell me this now? Have you completely lost your mind?! You know how I feel, and you know that I'm leaving, that I have to go, you ask me to stay, and then you drop this on me?! That's not fair!" she spat in the tom's face running in front of him.
No matter how this ended she was leaving tonight.

"Because it took you leaving for me to realize it," he said softly, letting her yell at him. He'd be upset too, Hell, he was upset that she was leaving. He gazed at her angry form, at the tears in her eyes. She'd never even told him that she liked him - others had to tell him for her. It was ridiculously comforting to know that she actually did, that they hadn't been wrong.
"And, because you need a reason to come back."
Mei looked at him for a moment, she wanted to say that he wasn't a reason to come back, that she would not come back for him. "I'm leaving tonight," she said finally.
Flamethrower from a distance, she glanced away at her mother, Frozenheart and went over to greet her mother. "Mother!"

"Congrats, Sweetie." Her adopted mother Frozenheart purred, licking Flamethrower's forehead.
Sima Mei nodded to her brother, (They could be twins :3) "Let's show em how it's done," she meowed.
Casting a look behind her, Mei saw Lightscattered and her heart broke.
"Alright you to the right me to the left, there's a rabbit dead ahead," she mewed quietly.
SIma Shi nodded as he went to the right. It bothered him just a bit that she took charge but might as well just follow.
OOC: Umm... Sima Mei and the others of the hunting party are back at camp.
IC: Flamethrower smiled. "Mother, I'm a guardian of ElderClan!" She softly purred to her mother. It felt good to say, that at last, she was a full-member of ElderClan

Frozenheart sadly smiled and started sharing tougues with Flamethrower. "Before you know it, I'll be a grandmother." Frozenheart whispered, more to herself than Flamethrower

Sima Shi just padded off. He wondered who would be the first person he would choose to teach him.
After sharing tougues with her daughter, Frozenheart padded off, in the direction towards Sima Shi. She decided to take a walk and think about things. The Senior Warrior wished to teach an apprentice before her retirement, but she hadn't expressed her feelings to anyone.
SIma Shi saw a warrior padding toward him "You. Stop." he mewed as he stood firm.
Frozenheart stopped. She didn't like the apprentice's comanding her like that but she stopped. "Yes?" She asked
[I read all the posts :3 So the main things I missed were the Light and Mei fight, Flamepaw's ceremony, and the eagle coming?]
The massive gray tomcat chanted Flamethrowers name in delight. She was a good cat and would be a great guardian. Wolfsage tuned out all the Mei and Lightscattered drama and padded over to Flamethrower. A smile was plastered on his face. "Congrats Flamethower." He meowed, his scottish accent creeeping into his mew.
Flamethrower smiled. "Thank you, Wolfsage. I never forget what you taught me about being a guardian."
OOC: As Wolfsage was her sub. mentor when Wildholly and Furystar and the others went to the main clans (so some reason I dont know of), he asked her about what she wanted to be once and she told him. And then he told her the dangers of being a guardian ^^
