  • The small, delicate looking calico cat was curled in a little ball at the edge of the den, enjoying the sun beating down on her back. She had only just been made an apprentice and was waiting for her mentor to arrive. The only thing she hoped for was that her mentor was nice. Her green-yellow eyes slowly blinked open, and she scanned the area for an approaching older cat.

  • Moontail, a silver tabby cat with intelligent green eyes padded over. She was a younger warrior, about 15 moons old, but a very skilled hunter. She was one of the fastest cats in the clan, and had been hoping to get an apprentice. She couldn't wait to go on hunting trips, patrols, and train with a little cat just waiting to learn from her.

  • Willowpaw sat up at the approach of the older she-cat. She looked nice, and awfully pretty. "Hello," she said, a touch shyly. She was trying not to get to get her hopes up, but she really wished the cat would want to mentor her. She seemed great.
