Thats a header. I'l help you. First, I need you to find a picture. If you want, I can get one for you. Then, I'll add text, effects, borders, ect. Just tell me what color the text should be. Then, the border's color (If you want one) If you would like glitter or blinking text, ect. I can do that too.
