Koda
Silver moon light trickled through the tall trees over Koda's head. The fake yellow light of the two-leg nest lit the grass around her paws as she looked up at the sky. Her soft green eyes flickered as the light caught them. Her soft tortie pelt was well groomed and her tail layed curled over her paws. Thoughts whirled through her mind as she sat. She felt so lonely, she had grown up a kittypet but never been taken to the Cutter. Her twolegs had ambitions of making her mate with unknown toms. They had set up pins which they would throw her in when a tom came. Then they would leave her to be tortured by the tom. She hated the life she used to love, she only wanted to be loved by one tom, not pregnant to a stranger. Her swollen belly stuck out to any one who looked at her. She was heavy with Nick's, a stuck up kittypet next door, kits. She sighed andd rested her head on her paws, wouuld she ever find love? Would anyone ever make her happy again?

Storm, a dark grey tom with glittering green eyes shone with unease as he came upon twoleg's nests. He sniffed the air and found a she cat. She smelled like a kittypet. But he was curious. He snuck under a bush and saw with pity and horror that the she cat was pinned on a wire. He looked around. She was a very pretty cat. he wondered how she could stand being a kittypet. He stepped out of the bushes. " Hi..." he mewed in a deep handsome voice
-
Koda
Koda looked up, her heart beating fast as she heard the voice of a tom. She sunk back towards the two-leg den, her eyes wide with horror. "H-h-hi..... w-w-what do you w-want?" She meowed, her voice shaky. Her hackles bristled, hiding her round stomach. -
Storm smiled gently. "Don't worry. I won't hurt you. I just wanted to know why your twoleg's keep you on a leash." he said sitting to let her know that he wasn't going to hurt you. "It seems like they treat you more like a dog than a cat." He meowed. "Oh...um I'm storm."
-
Koda
Koda still watched him uncertanly as he spoke. She sat down again, curling her tail over her paws. "They put me on it so I don't run when they let me out. I'm not on it when I am inside." She meowed, looking at the chain. She sighed and kept her fur up, hiding her kit filled belly. "I wish I could run." She meowed sadly. "They know I would run if I could so they put me on a chain." Koda looked at her paws and groomed her fur flat, she didn't care if he knew she was having kits -
storm looked at her thoughtfully. "Have you ever wanted to live away from the prison?" He asked flicking his tail towards the house. "It won't be as warm. But a lot more adventure to life. Though I am not a clan cat." He mewed. "I do have a den in the forest though." he mewed
-
Koda
"I was raised here, I used to love it here, but now I don't know." Koda meowed with a large sigh. She looked around, her soft gaze flickering over the house. "Besides, there is no way I will get to leave tonight, I can't get out of the chain, it is impsossible." She meowed sadly, looking at her paws. "Wait, did you say you live in the forest?" She asked curiously. -
Storm nodded. "I do. It's beautiful in there. I wish I could show you." he mewed. "But even so its dangerous out there. But I would protect you, and your unborn kits." He said
-
Koda
Koda flinched as he mentioned her kits. Her heart ached slightly and she looked at her swollen belly. "I never wanted to have them." She meowed with a sad sigh. She looked up at Storm, her eyes full of pain. "Maybe my two-legs will come out if I make noise. They leave a window open above my cage which is right there," She meowed as she flicked her tail to an open window. "I can climb out if I can reach it, then we can talk more and I can get a feel for the free life. But only if you want to put up with me." She meowed, her eyesglowing slightly with hope. -
Storm smiled. "Of course. I always hated to see a cat stringed up with no freedom. It annoys me." He mewed. "I'll stay here in the bush." he replied
-
Koda
Koda nodded before yowling at the top of her lungs. A two-leg man came out, yowling angrily. Koda looked up at him with pleading eyes. The two-leg sighed and unchained her. He picked her up and took her inside, placing her in her cage. She watchedhim leave. Once the lights turned off, she climbed out of the cage and slipped out of the window. "Storm!" She called in a hushed whisper as she looked around. -
Storm peered out of the bush. "Im here." he whispered. "Follow me." He said slinking into the shadows towards the forest
-
Koda
Koda nodded and bounded quietly after him. She reached his side and padded next to him. "Where are we going?" She whispered as she cast cautious glances over ehr shoulder. She had never been three fox-lengths out of the two-leg nest, let alone out of the yard. The forest kind of spooked her. -
"to my den. You need to rest.besides you could get really lost in the dark." he mewed heading through a thick patch of brush. It snagged his pelt but he ignored it. Underneath a clump was a small rabbits hole. "Ladies first." He purred
-
Koda
Koda nodded and padded through the brambles behind him. She winced as they snagged her pelt and cut at her soft skin. She ignored the pain and dipped her head, slipping into the rabbits hole and looking around the den as she waited for him to come in. -
Storm came in and began tomove around and make a nice soft nest for her. He then got a mouse and put it near the nest. "here you go. Fresh kill. Don't worry its tastier than the food twolegs give you." He purred
-
Koda
Koda smilled and dipped her head before settling down in the soft nest. "Thank you." She meowed as she nosed around at the fresh-kill. She was starving, but it smelled weird. She took a small nibble and purred as the taste filled her mouth. She finished the mouse in a few famished bites. "That was good!" She meowed with a smile as she began to groom her pelt. "Thank you for helping me escape." She meowed, her eyes glimmering with happiness. -
Storm smiled. "I knew you'd like it. You're welcome." He purred. He took a rabbit and ate it. He then groomed his fur and yawned. "well. i think it s getting late. I'm tired." he mewed curling into his nest. "Goodnight." he mewed licking her ear
-
Koda
Koda smilled and blushed slightly as he licked her ear. "Goodnight." She meowed softly, her eyelids closing slowly. A little while later, Koda jerked awake as a sharp pain ran through her stomach. She looked at her stomach and fear passed through her. She was kitting, and she was scared. She hissed in pain as more pain ran through her stomach. -
Storm woke up to realize Koda was having her kits. "i'll be right back." He mewed. He came back with some herbs and a couple pieces of fresh kill. He laid the kill and some herbs away for right now. "Here eat these. They wont taste good. But they'll help you." He said
