    Echoleaf, a black she-cat with white paws,tail, and snout, trotted around Riverclan territory marking the borders. She sighed and her heart longed for a mate. Echoleaf continued marking the borders.

    Echoleaf smiled and looked at the two toms. "Hey." she mewed. Echoleaf then asked, "Wanna hunt?" She twitched her whiskers, hopping for an answer.

    Echoleaf smiled and ran to the lake, sitting idle. She narrowed her eyes and extended a paw only to catch a twig. Echoleaf blushed embarasly and put the twig back.

    'ha ha don't worry everyone makes minsakes

    brokengaze wasn't far back he padded past ??? and padded up to echoleaf "beside's i bet alot of warriors and even the leader could attack a twig"he mewed softly

    Echoleaf brightened up. "Thanks, both of you!" she mewed happily. She continued to hunt for fish when she heard a loud splash. "That could be a HUGE fish!" Echoleaf was right. A BIG one.

    Echoleaf crept near the fish. Out of no where, the fish exploded out of the water. It's huge! she thought. "RUN!!!" she yowled run to the safty of home.

    Echoleaf felt even more embarrassed for running. She clawed the ground and backed into a clump of ferns. Idiot! Stupid! she hissed under her breath.

    Echoleaf padded up to him then excitedly exclaimed, "Let's take it back to camp!"

    "Let me help." she mewed, grasping the fish with her teeth. Echoleaf gave it a tug. "Put water on it.... it'll make it easier to move."

    Echoleaf gave a small purr and hurled it back to camp. When they finally got there, she told EVERYONE what happened. "And then, Brokengaze leaped in the air--higher then I've ever seen any cat jump, and he pulled right on shore!!" A group full of kits yowled with awe and warriors were stunned.

    brokengaze smirked "I wouldn't have catched if it weren't for echoleaf's amazing hunting skills. she has a better sense than any cat i've ever seen!"he mewed as apprentices came to hear in awe
