Bridgekit yawned as he entered into the camp. It had been a long, event-filled day. First to the medicine cat den, where he discovered he was going blind, then out exploring into WindClan territory. That kind of stuff wiped all the energy out of a little kit. The grey and white tom was hungry, but he wanted to see if Orchidkit was around. He strode to his aunt, Lunecry. "Do you know where Orchidkit could be?" he asked the queen.

"She should be here in camp somewhere.' Lunecry looked around, saw no sign of her. "Maybe Koipaw took her somewhere, I don't see her either."
-
"Hey Lunecry,"came the meow of young Marinepaw. The tuxedo she-cat's dark blue eyes were deep and mysterious like the ocean as she walked over.Naturally, by her side was a ginger tabby she-cat with sea green eyes. The cat beside her was her twin, Aquaticpaw. The two commonly were called 'Aquamarine Sisters' by Raccoonpaw.
"Hi Bridgekit."purred Aquaticpaw."If you are looking for Koipaw she left for the moor just some time ago.Said something about needing some time alone to think."she mewed, tail waving.
-
"Well I'll leave her alone if she needs alone time,' said Lunecry. "If it gets way dark and she's still not back though I'll head out to look for her and make sure she's all right. Poor Koipaw...did she say anything was bothering her?"
-
"No.But she looked frustrated and upset."mewed Marinepaw.
"Said she was going to her favorite spot with the boulders in the moor.I'm thinking she might be letting her anger out through solo training.Something about being torn in two."mewed Aquaticpaw in worry.
-
Lunecry didn't want to leave her kits but now this was worrying her. "Oh, no....Well, 'll wait till nightfall and then go find her. She's not a kit anymore, maybe things aren't so well between her and that om she fancied or something and she really needs some alone time." After all koipaw hadn't sought her out, or Waterskipper.
-
"Hi Akawpaw! Hi Mari-inpaw!" Splotchkit rejoiced. She thought the two apprentices were so neat. Splotchkit couldn't tell she said their names wrong, but didn't care. She pranced around the group showing she wasn't tired anymore after her short nap.
-
Bridgekit felt guilt well in his heart. Their last conversation hadn't been the best. He had been rude to her, as well as Orchidkit. The tom didn't want any hard feelings between them. "I hope she isn't mad at me," he murmured, saying his thoughts aloud. Orchidkit wouldn't be with Koipaw. If she was actually taking out her anger, then she wouldn't have brought her little sister. Orchidkit must have been somewhere in the camp. He trotted towards the nursery and poked his head inside. Bridgekit squinted his eyes, then brought them out wide, nothing. If there was one place he couldn't see well it was the dens. "Orchidkit, you in there?" he called in a strained whisper.
-
Acekit shook his head as he watched his cousin's attempts. They were quite demeaning to watch; and Acekit was glad a thousand times over that he didn't have any trouble seeing. "Don't worry mom." he mewed consolingly to Lunecry.
"Hey Bridgekit, you wanna see Aunty Mistfling?"
-
Bridgekit turned towards his cousin. He sent one last glance towards the nursery before trotting towards Acekit. Maybe Orchidkit couldn't hear him, or she was just asleep. If she ended up showing herself, then she could come with them. "Sure, Acekit, that sounds fun. But only for a little while, I'm getting tired," he meowed. "Maybe we could bring her a piece of fresh-kill, and a piece for us to share."
-
"don't worry Acekit, I'm fine." Lunecry nuzzled her sweet son. "Sure guys that sounds like a great idea, Auntie Mistfling should be in either the elder den or the nursery. Let's go get her.'
-
"Mistfling isn't in camp ether."meowed Aquaticpaw.
"She left an hour after Koipaw did to go for a walk."mewed Marinepaw.
The twin sisters gazed at each other then at Splotchkit.Marinepaw looked kinda weirded out while Aquaticpaw looked amused. It was hard to believe these two were twins with them being almost completely polar opposites and all.Yet, the two were one and the same as well. The two young she-cats were orphans who were still to regain their memories on what had killed their parents. The Aquamarine sisters as they were called some times had been found by some warriors last moon. The poor girls had lost so much of their memories after being kidnapped moon ago.It wasn't clear if the two would ever gain back those lost memories but they had gained enough of it to know they were born WindClan and that was enough for the sisters."If we see them we'll let you know."meowed Marinepaw.
"Yes, no need to worry."purred Aquaticpaw.Aquaticpaw had always said 'no need to worry' in times like this. The two sisters then raced off for their mentors would be waiting for them. -
"Well now what do we do?" Acekit complained grumpily, his tail swishing in agitation. "Aunty Mistfling's always there except when you need her."
-
"How could she leave on her own? She's completely blind, she can't get around outside of camp without a guide,' said Lunepaw as her heart began to race. "Did she leave with anyone or just wander away? Oh, Starclan..."
ooc: going out the rest of the night, be back in the morning so please don't flood :) thanks!
-
"Mom." Acekit said in a clearly exasperated tone. "Maybe she went with Koipaw." he said, rolling his eyes at his fussy mother.
-
Lunecry gave Acekit a stern look. "I was just told she left an hour ago apart from Koipaw, and secondly, lose the attitude with me, young tom. You treat me with respect. If your aunt's wandered off on her own she is in immediate danger.'
-
Bridgekit stared with wide eyes at his aunt. She usually didn't speak sternly, but Acekit must have struck a nerve. It was scary, thinking of Mistfling wandering out all on her own on the open moors. There were predators out at night, and she could be in serious trouble. A chill ran down his spine at the thought that it might be him wandering off into danger one day.
He quickly shook the thought from his head and returned to reality. Bridgekit padded slowly towards Lunecry, making sure to place his words correctly. He didn't want to say anything else to upset his touchy aunt. "Could I go get some fresh-kill? I am really hungry, and Acekit could share it with me," he meowed, staring up at her with large yellow eyes.
-
"Yes...everybody can eat. But you all stay in camp, I'm going to go find my sister and your two sisters too." Well, cousin-sister and adopted cousin-sister. Lunecry swiftly headed off in the direction of the moors, moving in a brisk pace as she fought off panic. Just what was going on with those three cats?
-
"OKies." Splotchkit purred. She went over to the freshkill pile and picked the juiciest rabbit ever. Splotchkit ate her freshkill quickly and then basked out in what was left of the sun light. She soon fell asleep in the middle of camp.
-
Acekit sighed. "I was just trying to help." he muttered into empty air with another roll of his eyes. "She worries too much."
