Branchpool growled. He didn't trust so easily. Not anymore anyway. After he had trusted the Vix and they turned him into a prisoner he was done with trust. Especially towards she-cats. He glared at Dawnstar. The kits still needed shelter and warmth. They were the concern not his worries and trust issues. "Fine." He said begrudgingly. He bent down and nudged his kits.

RussetPaw's eyes grew wide,"DawnStar! She going to be your mentor?! Thats- you sure are lucky, wow!" Then scarlet licked his ears, "H-hey, what was that for! I'm not a kit no more, i'm a apprentice." he then started to pout.

-

Raymond padded next to his father proudly.
-
Scarlet purred and chuckled under her breath, "Alright, Russetpaw." She licked his cheek, "Better?"
-
RussetPaw:".....Yeah I guess, as long as you don't treat my like a kit anymore, K?"
-
She smirked and nodded, then padded off to explore her new home.
-
Branchpool's heart swelled with pride and love as his son padded over to be next to him. Some cats fell heads over paws for a love their own age. But the love of a kit made Branchpool feel all different. Almost a better tom.
-
Sooleawa was feeling exactly how Branchpool was, however she wasn't going to allow her kit's to die for their own untrusting nature.
'We have the right not to trust,' She thought bitterly before allowing her body to press close to Branchpool's.
"Shall we wait for Dawnstar to show us to the nursery or find it ourselves?" -
Neon padded by her parents, snuggled gently benieth the both of them. With her small frame she was easily able to walk under them. She watched as they came upon the clock tower, her mouth dropping open with how big it was. "Mom, dad." Her voice still caught around the words, testing them out. "What is that?"
-
Mom. Dad. That was what he was. It was new to him, alien like. But he liked it. Branchpool gazed at the clock oddly. "I'm not sure." He said to answer his daughter's question. Then he turned to Sooleawa. "I think we should just find it. They need warmth." He said simply.
-
Scarlet pranced over to Neon and smiled, her tail swishing playfully. She haunched her hindquaters and laughed, "Wanna play?" Her silver gaze was full of joy and contentment.
-
Sooleawa eyed this new cat with suspicion, she didn't want her daughter to go and play after such a long and tiredsome journey.
"You can play once Neon has rested a little," Sooleawa replied to the youngster before setting her gaze upon Branchpool. "Certainly, I'll follow you're lead." -
Branchpool glared at the she-cat as well as his mate. He too didn't want his daughter playing with her. It was a protective instinct he had never had before, or at least never acknowledged. He turned to Sooleawa and smiled. "Of course." The tom stretched a leg and gave his brown chest a lick. "Raymond, Nova, Neon, Wish, come along." He said sternly and turned to leave.
((Does the clan have a thread??))
-
Scarlet sighed, a frown on her tiny muzzle, "Alright..." She didn't trust these cats... Something about them made her pelt crawl.
-
OOC: I can give you the nursery thread for my clan, here it is:
http://warriorcatsrpg.com/lone…-only-283504.new.html#newIC: DawnStar appeared again, "I have made the arrangement with my clan to make you a nest in the nursery, follow me." she replied to the family of cats.
OOC: When you are roleplaying in your nest you can roleplay in that thread.
-
Neon looked at Scarlet then up at her parents, she puted as they spoke. "But mom!" She wailed, her kitish stubborn nature flairing up. "I want to play!" She looked at Scarlet. "Honest, I am not tired."
-

Raymond looked at Neon. "I'm not gonna play, I'm still tired from that long walk that mum carried you." he told her, laying down lazily.
-
Sooleawa shooed her kits towards the nursery.
