She gets out if the water and looks at the rising sun"we should get back"

Blackpaw followed Poppypelt back to camp.

goes to the fresh kill pile and gets a carp" lets share" she said

Blackpaw tilts his head "Ok" he mewed.

sits and nibbles on the food

Blackpaw looked up at his mentor, "Do you think I will become a good warrior?"

"Yes your a great hunter, you'll be a fine warrior" she said give him his share of the meal

Blackpaw smiled with pride.

"well what do you want to do today I'll let you pick" she said standing

"Battle Training!" Blackpaw mewed with excitment.

"ok lets go" she said "lead the way"

Blackpaw walked out camp and headed towards the Training Hollow.

padds next to him"your getting big" she said noticeing he was almost as tall as her

Blackpaw looked back at Poppypelt, smiling.
Once they reached the training hollow, Blackpaw sat down, waiting for his mentor to say what he had to learn.

"Today i think we'll be learning how to" she thinks" how to do a simple exposed claw swipe"

she picked up a stick and planted it firmly into the ground "try and knock it over with out breaking it"

Blackpaw crouched down, aiming his claws, he swiped at the stick, slightly knocking it over. With his other paw, he shashed at the stick, sending it at the wall. "Was that what I was meant to do?"

"no I just ment to knock it over" she purred amusement in her eyes" you have good aim now try to attack me"she said stiffing
