    "Come here" she says "Keep holding that stick". She pads out of her den and to the elders den slowly slinking in

    Moonpaw walked down the tunnel to the elders den, following his mentor.

    She smiled and crouched beside an elder. "Take a little with your paw after you have found the tick" she said. "rub it in until the tick falls off. Sometimes it doesn't so you have to bite it". She smiles and says "and always wash your paws in the stream right after"

    Moonpaw felt sick under the scent of the Mouse Bile, he looked at one of the elders pelt, finding a few ticks, he managed to get rid of them, except for this big tick. Moonpaw closed his eyes and bit the tick, he then turned his head, wrinkled his nose and stuck out his tounge. "Why do we have to do this? I though warrior apprentices did this?"

    She cuffed him lightly. "No no no this is for us to take care of them" she said "Now I want you to Dinah all there pelts then go eat with the other apprentices". She smiled and trotted out

    "How can I eat with this horrible tick taste in my mouth!" He muttered to himself, cleaning the elders pelts of ticks.


    A few moments later, Moonpaw walked out of the den and washed his paws in a nearby pool before heading towards his mentor, "Done..."

    Moonpaw walked over to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed a sparrow.
