    ;u; Lol ~
By the way, they can talk now right ?

    ic
Skykit snorted, swatting away Hurricanekit's tail. "Stop it!" she muttered, backing up just a bit.

  • ((They can; Hurricanekit's nearly entirely mute, though. Under-developed vocal chords.))

The swat of his tail was enough to make his eyes open back up, and he turned to glare at his sister. She'd woken him up. Hurricanekit pulled his pretty silver tail away from her, turned his body, and face towards Skykit. Then he closed his eyes, resting his head against Fawnstripes' leg.

  • Skykit giggled, planning to get back at her brother; even though he didn't do anything harmless-- or even on purpose. Once she saw Hurricanekit close his eyes, she attempted to pounce right on top of him and wake him up.

  • Hurricanekit let out a hoarse squeal as something landed on him. He immediately went in to 'attack mode', clawing at his attacker. He tried to bat her face away, get her off. Now he was awake - again -, and glared at his sister as he pushed her off of him.

Fawnstripes watched the scene with a smile. She'd adjusted to the fact that Hurricanekit wouldn't be making much noise in his life. That didn't make him anyless a future warrior, though.

    Changing her name to Flipkit.
    Flipkit - Flipside

Flipkit hissed at the attack; she wasn't expecting it at all. Flipkit rolled right off of her brother, her long fur stuck out in all directions. She stuck out her tongue, glaring back as she pounced back. "Meanie!"

  • ((Okay :3))

Hurricanekit hissed at his sister, ducking down as she pounced so that she missed. Hah! He thought as he swatted a paw at her. This is whatcha get for not leaving me alone! He jumped behind her, and then pounced at her back.

  • [size=8]Flipkit squeaked, giving in. She backed up; her fur still puffed out. Flipkit didn't want to fight anymore, she could be doing better things than this.

  • When Flipkit backed away, Hurricanekit was content. Now, let me sleep, he thought to himself as he curled back down in front of Fawnstripes and closed his eyes.

  • [size=8]Flipkit frowned; upset. "Momma momma!" She loudly mewed, right in Hurricanekit's ear. She didn't realize how loud she was, though.

  • The noise in his hear woke Hurricanekit up again. He turned his head, growled at his sister, and swatted at her face.

"Yes?" Fawnstripes asked Flipkit, grabbing Flipkit by the scruff and moving her away from her brother. She wasn't going to let them just fight this whole time.

  • While Flipkit was being picked up, she tried swatting back at Hurricanekit; but she was just out of reach. "Hurricanekit is being mean!" She squeaked; her voice cracked at the end of the sentence. Wondering why, she licked her mouth.

  • "He's grumpy, can't you tell?" Fawnstripes joked. Maybe it wasn't fair, since Hurricanekit couldn't fight back verbally, but jokes were jokes. She started to groom Flipkit's fur. "Remember, he can't just tell you to stop like you would him." It was true. Rather than words, Hurricanekit had to use his body to show what he wanted.

Hurricanekit closed his eyes once again, hoping this time he would be allowed the nap he desperately wanted.

  • Flipkit narrowed her eyes at Hurricanekit, still watching him carefully. "Why not, momma?" She asked curiously, removing her gaze from Hurricanekit and placing it on Fawnstripes.

  • "I don't know, Flipkit." Fawnstripes gazed at her now-sleeping son. She had a feeling he was still half-awake, listening to their conversation. "I guess something didn't form right before he was born, so now he can't speak." The pale brown she-cat couldn't help but blame herself for that. After all, she'd been the one protecting him while he's developed. His muteness, Vividkit's 'visions'... Truthfully, she was still waiting to see what was wrong with Flipkit, even though she didn't want that.

Hurricanekit was still awake, listening to his mother explain why he was different to his sister.

    XDDD
too bad Flipkit's the only 'normal' one ...
    even though she ends up killin' fawny ;u;

Have you tried PMing Vividkit's rper ?

    ic
Flipkit nuzzled Fawnstripes affectionately, trying to comfort her mother. She didn't like seeing her like this; troubled, confused. "Oh," she mewed in a hushed voice. If only she knew what would happen in the future, the tragic ends that would come one after another. Maybe she'd have a chance to stop it, but that's impossible.

  • ((haha, I actually just realized that I could.
now i did. i can't wait for them to grow up. they'll be so wonderful.))

Fawnstripes nuzzled her kit back, enjoying the comfort being around her babies gave her. The idea of them growing up scared her, and it would even more if she knew how the future would turn for them all. All the troubles that they would face, how in the end tragedy would strike the whole family.. Knowing that would have terrified her. "You got to remember that, Flipkit. I doubt he was purposely being mean to you, he just didn't have any other way to tell you to stop," she said quietly.

Hurricanekit finally managed to doze off when his mother and sister got quieter.

  • ooc
    I can't wait either ! ;u;

    ic
Flipkit looked down at her paws, nodding respectfully. "I know, momma," she mewed softly. Still, Flipkit couldn't help but keep a tiny grudge over Hurricanekit. She didn't like how he was so quiet, and how he was mean to her.

  • [align=center][sup] ((exciting! wistful needs to respond!))

"I'll make sure he knows if he's being too rude," Fawnstripes said to her kit, assuming that her daughter still wasn't fond of Hurricanekit's way of saying 'no' to her. Fawnstripes herself wasn't too fond of the way her kit had to say no, but he would learn better ways as life moved on... hopefully. Hurricanekit began to snore softly.

  • [sorry took a while c: defnitely keeping my muse kit. I think she had a mental desease, right?]

Vividkit batted hopefully at the stars over her head. Why were they coming so close. She squeaked, ducking away. They were turning red, a scary red. She pressed against her mother, and as she closed her little jaws to yawn, the stars disappeared. "Where'd they go?" the kit asked puzzled, wriggling out to face her mother.

  • ((Schizophrenia or something, she saw things that didn't belong. So, since we've all agreed to keep with this, time to age them? We can pretend they aged with Vividkit/paw, since you've already done so.))

Fawnstripes had learned that Vividkit was... unique, and often times questioned what she meant when the kit asked about something she was clueless about. "Where did what go, honey?" She mewed softly. The she-cat eyed her more unique daughter. Often times the things she told about scared her...
