Ashpelt TOM in need of true love

    A weak cry sounded Minkspot's ears. "Minkspot?' asked a shiverign voice. "Firekit!" exclaimed Minkspot digging through the snow. Firekit coughed up snow, "Lets bring you back," Minkspot purred running back to the cave. "Ashpelt? I found him! Firekit is okay!" yelled Minkspot. Firekit shivered and purred. Minkspot curled around Firekit and kept him warm. "Poor thing," said Minkspot.

    OCC:Okay Ashpelt will be Minkspot's mate as long as Tearpaw or Teardrop dosen't mind



    "Okay." Ashpelt took a deep breath, "Do we need more fresh kill?" Ashpelt asked.

    OCC: Fair enough for everyone


    "I think so," replied Minkspot looking at the small fresh-kill pile. "I'll hunt if you want!" volunteered Minkspot.

    OCC: Thanks for coming here Teardrop!


    Minkspot tilted her head then sat back down with Firekit, "Actully I'll keep him warm... I think he has a fever," Minkspot said and at the word fever she looked at Teardrop.

    "I found him buried in the snow," sighed Minkspot looking at the shivering kit.

    Tearpaw padded up to the kit. She wrapped her tail around him. "He's freezing."

    Tearpaw nodded. "Okay. Come on Firekit." She mewed, guiding him with her tail to her den.

    Minkspot purred and relaxed, "Shadow tried to kill me but Fire protected me," recited Minkspot yawning. If they lost Firekit they lost the omen.

    Tearpaw stopped at her den, putting Firekit in it. She grabbed some dry moss from her bed and draped it over Firekit. "You should be better soon." She mewed.

    Ashpelt went of hunting. He smelled the air Skullclan he thought I smell Skullclan, "Minkspot, Tearpaw! We have to leave NOW!!" he yowled. A black tabby tom ponuced on Ashpelt, "Your friends can't help you now!!" he hissed.

    Tearpaw heard the cry, and picked Firekit up by the scruff. "We need to go." She whispered softly.

    Tearpaw jumped up, at the sound of urgency in Ashpelt's voice. She began running, but slowly enough not to hurt Firekit.

    Minkspot didnt run but she did leap on the Tom and scratched its eyes. "Leave him alone!" Minkspot growled as she bit his throat. Minkspot had lost many cats and she wasn't going to loose this one. She bit the toms ears and scratched him tail.

    "Leave me and my friends alone Skullstar I didn't do anything to you!!" hissed Ashpelt, "When leafbare comes the whole world is my terrtory!!" Skullstar yowled. Then Ashpelt grabbed Skullstar's neck.

    Minkspot leaped off of Skullstar and ran to protect the kit. Destracted Skullstar thought Minkspot. Then without thinking Minkspot growled and almost leaped on Skullstar but something pulled her back out of sight. "Get off of me stupid she-cat!" hissed Minkspot at the white she-cat. "Never!" growled the she-cat. Minkspot spied a fox trap and pushed the she-cat on it letting the she-cat die.
    For the first time Minkspot was actually sad about killing an enemy cat.
