    Shadedstar's leg was already bent back from the wolf leaning on it. She was a bit scared about the med cat touching it.

    Forevernote was watching all of this, her ears flicking. The clan was in a state of panicking, while the medicine cats are trying their best to save their leader. But somehow she felt peace inside her, not even worried for Shadedstar. She wrap her tail around her paws, waiting calmly, letting fate decide everything.

    Silentpaw crept out of the apprentice den. She had been made apprentice only last night. She looked round, not saying anything.

    Silentpaw padded quickly to the fresh-kill pile.

    Silentpaw padded round, head down. She said not a word.

    Forevernote let out a small smile. "Seems like Shadedsar lives..." she murmured to herself. She stood up, padding towards the entrance.

    Silentpaw just sat, eating. Even her chewing did not make a sound.
