  • Blue purred. "What about the tribe, they can't have a Helper in the nursery. I won't need to be in the nursery until it is time for the kits to be born anyways." She meowed as she leaned against him.

  • He knew she was right so he nodded his head and dropped down into his den.
" Follow!" he called behind himself.

  • Blue stood slowly and followed him swiftly, her long blue and white fur flowing gently in the breeze.

  • Storm gently curled into a spot, leaving a space big enough for Blue to fit in it.
He sighed and fell asleep lightly.

  • Blue settled beside him with a purr. She fell asleep wuickly, her breathing smooth and easy.

    (Time laps to morning?)

  • (( Yepp))
Storm woke up the the brief sound of birds calling to one another.
He stood up, not bothering Blue, and stretched his limbs carefully.
He yawned and jumped out of his den, landing beside the fresh-kill pile.
He picked out a fresh vole, A plump rabbit, and A juicy looking squirrel.
Then, he pushed his way eagerly over to the medicine cat's den and gathered a bundle of herbs for travelling.
He sighed and gathered another bundle of herbs, rapping them separately in banana leafs.
Then, he pushed his way back over to his den and sat below it, waiting for blue to wake.
He carefully groomed his fur, making himself look his best.

  • Blue slolwy blinked her soft blue eyes open and parted her jaws in a large yawn. She rose quietly to her paws and blinked around the den. She sighed as she noticed Storm was missing. Grooming her soft fur to a shine, she slipped out of the den and spotter Storm. A purr rumbled from her throat as she bounded to his side. "Morning." She meowed softly.

  • Storm straightened up from a hunch and looked up to Blue.
" Good Morning " he meowed casually.
" Are you ready? or do you want to eat something first. I'm bringing something anyways but if you want to eat before we leave I'm fine with that too. "
Storm was eager to have kits.
He purred and stared at his beautiful mate.

  • "I'm fine really." Blue meowed as she touched her muzzle to his ear. She loked at the traveling herbs then back to Storm. "How far away are we going?" She meowed curiously.

  • Storm's whiskers twitched frantically.
    " Far enough.." He meowed.
He didn't want the other cats to know that Blue was carrying his kits.
Mostly just because he was extremely annoyed about cats talking about him and Blue behind their backs.
" Come on " he meowed quietly.
He turned and without making a sound, he bounded out of the tree and started to slowly walk through the forest.

  • Blue sighed at Storm's secrativity. Why did he want to go so far away? She shook off her thoughts and bounded out of camp, reaching Storm's side and twining their tails. She looked up at him through her big blue eys. "Why are we going so far?" She meowed.

  • He hesitated for a moment and thought about what he was going to say.
" Well.." He meowed, pushed up against her flank.
" I don't think the other cats need to know who the father is of the kits. But.. If you want to tell them then... go ahead. " he meowed quietly.
He hoped that she wasn't mad at him and he licked her cheek.
" It's just that.. My father always told me that if you could help it, don't let the other tribe cat's know who is bearing your kits." I respected that and I had always followed through when other toms told me who was bearing their kits."
" And.." He hesitated for a moment.
" And Iv'e never had a mate before." he meowed quietly.

  • Blue listened to his reasoning, keeping her eyes on her paws. "A-are you embaraced to have me as a mate?" She moewed, looking up at him, her eyes filled with hurt. She stepped slightly away to were their pelts barely brushed.

  • Storms heart sank.
" No!" he meowed quite loudly.
    " H*ck no!"
Storm bounded in-front of her and shot her a breath taking glance.
" I would never be embarrassed to be mates with you." he meowed smoothly.
" Its just something that my father told me to keep a secret" .

  • "O-okay then." Blue meowed, still confused. She bounded to his side and twined their tails, leaning into him. "Well, if that's what you want, I won't tell a single cat." She meowed with a soft purr.

  • A deep purr rumbled out of his throat and he rubbed up against her.
" Were almost there" he meowed.

  • Blue simply nodded and padded on by his side. She smilled as she looked up at the rising sun.

  • Storm was tired but he kept quiet, not complaining.
He stopped short where the fog was extremely think.
" Don't. Move" he meowed quietly.

  • Blue looked around, confused, but stopped still. She struggled to see through the dense fog. An uneasy feeling krept down her spine as she listened silently.

  • Storm put one paw forward and heard a loud 'CRACK!'.
He was calm and stepped back once again.
He turned back to Blue and smiled gently, flicking his tail back and forth.
