    " Yeah I guess Kelvin." she meowed. Her paws felt heavy against the ground and her head and tail drooped. "I'll be in the den." she added not in the mood for talking. Snowy's in a better place, his twolegs will take care of him, she told herself over and over. Goldeneye padded into the den grabbing a mouse. She nibbled it for a little while not feeling hungrey. She buried the half eaten mouse by the stream where she lapped up a little bit of water. Starclan what have I done, she thought.

    Kelvin watched her, feeling helpless. "If there's anything I can do....." He said, letting the offer hang in the air.

    Goldeneye felt bad for making him feeling helpless. "I'm fine." she meowed trying to convince him. She got to her paws and gave herself a shake. Goldeneye padded to the stream jumped in, feeling the cool water calm her. She dove under the water and waited for a fish. As a fish swimed by she lunged forward catching it. She push herself up to the air, jumping out with a carp in her jaws. She killed it with a nip to the neck and set it down in front of him. "Want some?" she asked. Goldeneyes ears pricked as she heard coughing. She jumped to her paws and ran to Cloudkit. Goldeneye sniffed and her heart fell. Cloudkit had greencough. "Oh no." she breathed.

    "Cloudkit has greencough, don't go near her. I'll take her to the den." she meowed so only Kelvin could hear. Goldeneye picked up Cloudkit by the scruff,careful not to hurt the kit. As te two cats approuched, Goldeneye spotted a patch of catmint. Goldeneye took Cloudkit to the den and set her down. Goldeneye ran back to the catmint clump and bit off plenety. She took a few stalks to Cloudkit and meowed,"Eat this it will make you feel better."

    Kelvin smiled at the kit. "It's great you know so much about herbs." He said to Goldeneye.

    "Thank you." she meowed. Goldeneye watch Cloudkit eat the herbs and meowed, "Good Cloudkit." Goldeneye padded to the stream jumped in, washing the sickness off of her. She dove under waiting for another fish. Goldeneye lunged forward a carp swam by. She caught the fish and swam up with the carp in her jaws. "Here Cloudkit, this is for you." she meowed giving the fish to her.

    OOC: i couldnt reply in so long!

    IC: Fernsong came back with a couple rabbits and a squriiel. Fernsong scented dog in the air. She growled, looking around in the shadows.

    "It's fine Fernsong, Snowy isn't here any more." she meowed. Don't spring at her! Do not spring at her, she told herself. "And even if he still was it wouldn't be a problem." she added with an edge to her voice. Goldeneye padded to the stream to help calm her down.

    "who...what...you KNOW a dog?!" Fernsong aksed.

    "I know FOUR dogs including him. And he is nice to cats. He was just fine wasn't he, Kelvin." she meowed. Not to mention I lived in a dog pack with him. There were five of us. Kilo, Milo, Forester, Snowy, and me, she thought.

    "oh. sorry..." Fernsong apologized, "want some?" Fernsong asked, pushing the fresh-kill forward.

    "ok, here." Fernsong meowed pushing the rabbit to Goldeneye.

    "Thanks." she meowed. Goldeneye ate the rabbit swiftly. When she was finished she gave herself a wash and went to the den to check on Cloudkit. "Are you feeling better?" she asked the white kit.

    Kelvin stayed out of the debate and simply groomed his fur flat. He didn't have opinions on other animals, he didn't really know any personally.

    "hey, Kelvin! you want some?" Fernsong asked.

    "Nah, I'm good." He said with a cocky smile. Then he turned and walked back into the shelter of the den. His whole body was aching.
