Blackkit purred in content, he began to rub himself against the she-cat again. His bloody fur began to mingle with her's, appearing to create some sort of strange colour combination.
"Do you like blood?" The kit asked, his voice sounding innocent. "Is that why you're an assassin?"
Despite the fact the she-cat had stated "rest", the youngster was full of energy and continued to purr and pat at the she-cat's furry flank.
"Oh, when can you teach me to be an assassin?" He asked curiously.
However his bubbling nature faded as the she-cat commented about him playing with the intestine, in fact his gaze turned away from her and he became rather shy and embarrassed.
Shadowshine came to a halt, his sides heaved but not from exhaustion but from working himself up into a worried frenzy.
"Can she cope?" Shadowshine asked.
He didn't know how capable the she-cat was and presumed it would have been easier with more cat's to help with the killing, by now he was sat upon his haunches beside the tom.
"Yeah, she is a great cat," The tom commented, sighing a little. "She is perfect, but I'm curious as to what happened between the two of you, before Deadly turned up."
