The House of Night-Marked
This RP is based off of the books, House of Night. Never read them? So, what?! You can still join! The jest of the House of Night is simple, really. You are born as a human. Then, around the age of 15-18, you get Marked. This is when an adult vampire comes to you, and gives you a tattoo on the forehead. You can do nothing about this, even if you don't want to be a Vampire. After you are Marked, you turn into a Fledgling. These are vampires who haven't yet completed their change. You must go through your training and you Change, before you become an adult Vampire.
The House of Night Territory
The House of Night owns a large plot of land. In it contains their Mansion, where the students' dorms are, and the classrooms are, the Staff Dorms, where the staff sleep, and the Dining Hall, where everybody eats. Outside of the Mansion, is a forest. It is off-grounds to the students, though many sneak in there, anyways. They have a certain temple for their Goddess, Nyx. She is like our God, I suppose, and guides the Vampires in times of need. Surrounding their plot of land, is a large wall. This is to ensure that no Fledgelings sneak out and no humans sneak in.

Being Marked and Changing
When you are Marked, you wouldn't be expecting it. A "Chaser" would come to your school, and seek out the most promising child. Then, all it would have to do, is point at you, and say a few words. Your tattoos would appear on your forehead, and you would most likely faint.
When you are Changing, you will either live, or die. Some Fledglings are too weak for their body to accept that they are turning into a Vampire. If you are dying, then you start to cough up blood, first. Then you start to run blood from your eyes and nose. Nobody can do anything about it, you are going to die no matter what. If you are strong enough, then you will live. The Change will be painful, though. After the Change is completed, you are a full vampire, and a new set of larger, bolder tattoos would have appeared on your face.
Rules
IC Rules
1.) All Fledgling must ask permission, and cover up their tattoos before leaving the House of Night.
2.) Fledgling x Teacher relationships are deeply frowned upon.
3.) All must attend the ritual at Full Moon for Nyx.
4.) The curfew is 10:00. Boys and girls may not be out of their dorms, or in the other genders dorms after this time.
5.) Dark Daughters and Son are to be highly respected.
6.) No sassing to you Priestess in Training, or High Priestess.

Loren Blake-Zoey's crush, and thought to be lover. His true lover is Neferet, though he is ordered by Neferet to have it with Zoey, to get her to trust him.

Stevie Rae-Zoey's best vampire friend, with a huge country accent and sense of style.
The Twins/Shaunee and Erin-They are from two different countries, Shanuee from The Caribbean and Erin from USA, but they are so alike, everybody calls them the Twins. Zoey's close friends.
Damien and Jack-two gay boys, who are very close to Zoey.
