    She slowed down to let Demonstar catch up. "You didn't know this," She began, "I can read minds, but only when I'm staring at the person that I'm reading."

    The next day~ Moonclaw slowly walked over to Demonstar and asked to go for a hunt and explain why she hadn't told Demonstar about Moonclaw's mind reading power.

    "Explain to me why you didn't tell me this to begin with," Demonstar mewed. "We also need to train you now that I know more about you."

    "I was abandoned as a kit, but I knew everything about hunting my own food and finding shelter so it didn't really matter. When I came up to the first clan the first thing I told them was my special power. At first they seemed satisfied that they had someone with this power. Then the next day they told me to get lost because they thought I trying to take their spot as leader with my power. They thought that I would be able to read their minds, figure out all their plans for hunting, but I would never betray my clan that way!" Mewed Moonclaw. "I couldn't believe it! I was furious! So when I came here, I didn't want to tell you, in fear that you wouldn't except me...." Tears streamed down Moonclaw's eyes.

    "..." Demonstar mewed. "I'm sorry. I have been through the same as you, but I never told them about my powers. Finally I felt trapped and flew away to Demon Forest. There I started a clan with Iceheart, who I found laying injured from a dog fight. I saw that she had wings like me, so I asked her to join my clan of 1 at the moment.'

    "...." Moonclaw didn't know what exactly to say, she thought from crying, her voice would be too scratchy. *cough cough* "Can I ask you a question?"

    Moonclaw stared at the stars. "Yes, that is why I say I was abandoned, because the moon is my creator. Its a true legend.

    Demonstar can't talk for a moment or two, but finally meows. "That is true? Well, I was created from sun, that is why I am red. I can train you to master and discover your true powers." Then he transforms into a chimera and roars! "I can teach you to transform into mythological creatures!"

    Another tear fell, then another. She launched herself in the air, black wings glimmering in the night. But only held up for a few seconds till she crashed landed, in a heap of tears.

    Demonstar flew over to Forgottenpaw. "What's wrong, Forgottenpaw? I know you couldn't come with us, and Moonclaw came because I needed a backup warrior. I ended up facing a Wolf Born of Stars."

    "Get away from me, I don't give a d***!" She snarled, trying to turn away. She couldn't show Demonstar her emotions, that would ruin everything.
