Training with Maplepaw(Maplepaw)

    Cheetahflight padded out to the flatest are of the moorland. Her long legs carried her swiftly to the area and she purred at the site. She had met with Arrowshard the day she got pregnant around here. Today she was going to work with her apprentice on battle training. She was an excellent hunter so she knew hunting would be learned quicker where as fighting would take a little more time. "Hurry up Maplepaw!" She called over her shoulder as she padded around.

    "Okay! What am I learning first?" Maplepaw asked Cheetahflight when they finally stoped running. She was so excited. It was her first day of training and she really wanted to impress Cheetahflight.

    "I thought I'd work with your fighting skills for a little while since it's not exactly my best talent." Cheetahflight said as she gazed at her apprentice. Everyone knew Cheetahflight was one of the best hunters and swiftest cats. "So show me what you got!" She said and suddenly dropped into a low threatening crouch. Waiting to see what her apprentice did first.

    Maplepaw circled her mentor trying to confuse her. She hoped she would get this right. The apprentice quickly pounced on Cheetahflight's back. "How's that?" She asked when she hopped off of her.

    "It was...ok." Cheetahflight said and turned to her apprentice. "The whole point of this training is that you attack me, I dodge or try to attack you and you try to counter. Just remember to keep your claws sheathed. We don't want any acciddents to happen." She said flicking her tail from side to side.

    "Okay. Should I try again?" Maplepaw asked. "This time can you attack me first? Or should I attack you like we did before?" Maplepaw wanted to try and defend herself.

    Without warning Cheetahflight barreled into her apprentice and quickly padded away. She couldn't really use her speed since it wouldn't have been fair to Maplepaw, but then again fights were never fair, but this was just a training lesson and since Maplepaw was new she would start out easy with her apprentice. "You must always anticipate my moves." She said to her apprentice as she turned to face her and then again without warning charged towards her apprentice.

    Twilightpaw ran out. "Hey! You left me at the nursery! Are you training? Hunting?" Twilightpaw asked. She hasn't really trained since her mentor had gone missing and was lose on her skills to fight. "Can I watch? Or atleast help? Please Cheetahflight! Please!!" She begged. She was hoping her sister would say yes instead of having to go out and find Jaguarshadow. She didnt want to train with him, since he always seemed to be so bad tempered around her.
    OOC: lol yeah i remember u two leaving the nursery and i ran out after u guys so i dont want u guys to be like "WTF?!?!? GET OUT"

    Maplepaw spun around to see her mentor's sister running towards them. "Hi Twilightpaw! Cheetahflight's teaching me to fight! Like this!" Maplepaw attacked Twilightpaw and pinned her down. Maplepaw smiled happily.

    "Very well, but both of you need to pay attention then." Cheetahflight warned both the young she-cats. Like Jaguarshadow she took her training very seriously and yeah they would have fun, but training wasn't always about fun and games. "Since Twilightpaw is still around your size and speed you'll do some battle training with her so I can see what you both have to work with." She said and sat down with her tail wrapped around her paws.

    Twilightpaw looked back up at Maplepaw and smiled back. She pushed Maplepaw off her and looked at her sister. "Yeah, we will work hard." She purred happy that her sister didnt make her leave. She sat down and looked with excitement. "What are we going to do first?" She asked, desperate.

    "Um, guys. I think we should head back to camp. It looks like a really really bad storm is coming." Maplepaw said in shock as she saw a huge, swirly cloud that streched all the way from the ground to the sky! "Hey! Chetahflight, whats that?" She asked pointing to the cloudish thing with her tail.
