  • Rainstorm whirled around, hearing a familiar shriek. He knew it well, because once, he had been the one to cause it. "Lunarchill!" The gray tabby ran as fast as he could, which admittedly was a pretty average speed, before leaping for Philadelphia. "Get off her!" he snarled, attempting to both throw the Blackheart off his Clanmate and get between them.

    ooc: whoot! rainstorm to the rescue!

  • Sagenight twisted his head to the side so that Cypresspaw's bite wouldn't get his spine and kill him, and it still got into his scruff on one side and it hurt. He didn't let go, but his tail lashed.

    Philadelphia felt herself get thrown off, but due to the lack of speed from her opponent, she wasn't thrown very far. Spitting, she got onto her paws. She recognized the gray tabby, too. "I know you!" she hissed, aiming a slash for the tom's throat, or head if he ducked down. "You were in that last battle!"

  • Cypresspaw didn't let go either. While Sagenight chomped down on his leg, making a nasty flesh wound but not getting into any bones, his own jaws clenched as hard as they could into the scruff of his enemy. He not only clenched, but tugged and jerked his head around a bit to maybe pull off as big a hunk of flesh as he could. Meanwhile his own free front paw's claws were swiping and slashing at the side of Sagenight's head if they possible could. It was a nasty, nasty business.

  • Rainstorm took a breath in a sharp hiss as he felt Philadelphia's claws score across his chest. Ow... Ok, rearing up there was not a good idea. Snarling, he struck out at the she-cat, aiming a bit low so he would hit something unless she jumped. "Yes and I remeber you. You lost," he grunted with a wry grin.

  • Sagenight was still a young kit, after all, and it was no surprise that he let go in pain and recoiled, aiming a slash for the other's throat.

    ~~~
    Philadelphia shot a grin back. "Not this time," she purred, feeling his paw hit her shoulder. Rolling to the side with the blow, she aimed her teeth for his leg and attempted to shake it to try and pull him down.
    Lunarchill, in the meanwhile, looked around, unsure of what to do. "Gah...I've got a feeling I should get this throat wound checked out," she muttered to Rainstorm, her throat still bleeding rather heavily. "Anyways, thanks for saving me there." Her memories flooded back as usual, but this time she was easily able to snap out of it.
    OOC: Bad post...o.o
  • Rainstorm tripped as the she-cat grabbed his leg, but instead of falling under her, he fell toward her, nearly landing on top of her. Once he saw what was happening, the gray tom gave himself a bit more momentum, trying to crush her under him.
    ooc: bleh, bad post, gotta eat dinner
  • OOC: You're not going to crush Philadelphia that easily...she's large and muscular, too.
    IC: Philadelphia let go and tumbled out of the way, just barely avoiding the falling Rainstorm. She leaped for the tom, trying to bowl him over.
  • ooc: ohhh, right. forgot about that...... I was thinking more of like my(real life) skinny cat when i was typing that.....
    ic: Rainstorm rolled on his back, countering the she-cat's leap with a strong kick of his back legs. he knew that if his attack made contact, he'd be in good shape. Huh, fighting like this is kinda nice. When I'm on my back, five of the six things sticking out are pointy... and the last one's my tail and I doubt Philly here is all that interested in severly injuring my tail.
  • Cypresspaw had not let go so easily, but when Sagenight tore away he escaped from his jaws' grasp. A nasty slash now cut across Cypresspaw's chest. He had backed up, but not fast enough to avoid injury, only fast enough that the injury didn't get his throat.
    Remembering he couldn't allow the other cat past him, he used his front paws again, although one of his forelegs was showing weakness now, the one that had been badly bitten. He still slashed with all his strength.
  • OOC: HAHA Greg I like that. “Five of the six things sticking out are pointy...” XD
    Air smiled with satisfaction when the she-cat's throat was ripped by her claw, the blood flowing out freely. She looked at the she-cat with mock pity.
    "You hurt? Here, how about I help you with that." He meowed in her deep dark voice. Her intention to kill. It fuelled her. She raked her claws across her stomach. Her long claws were now clothed in a layer of crimson blood, which had been flowing from her enemy, the SnowClanner Willowdust. She merely scratched her first time teasingly, the pierced right into her belly the next. She wasn't going to let her off easily.
    OOC: I'm guessing you don't want her to be killed, but injured.
    OOC: Yep, you go right ahead with hurting her – she’s got the body of a WindClanner, not much strength – but please don’t kill her off just yet. XD
    Willowdust might be feeble, but she didn’t really like being mocked. “True warriors fight with tooth and claw, not with sneers and mockery,” she spat viciously, lashing her paw out to catch Air on the side of her gray head. Being skinny, her blow was not strong; but it was certainly quick. She stood, satisfied, until she felt her enemy’s claws in her belly. Howling in pain and fury, she bit down hard on Air’s scruff. For Air to claw her belly, she had to crouch low. Willowdust was not stupid – she knew she couldn’t pin her opponent down, because of her size. So the best choice was to sink her teeth into Air’s leg and cling on no matter what, and this was exactly what she did.
    Ripclaw hissed as the tom's claws made contact above Ripclaw's amber eyes. "Get out the way or you'll be sorry!" he snarled.
    I'm used to fighting on my own and in open spaces! Ripclaw wailed in his head, but I'm a Blackheart now.
    Ripclaw lashed out at the tom, muttering "I am Ripclaw. I am a Blackheart!"
    Aspenbark didn’t catch what the tom was muttering about, but he could make out the word “Blackheart”. His confidence was fueled by the satisfaction of feeling his claws tear Ripclaw’s skin. It may not have been a severely deep blow, but for him to have hit was enough in this darkness. “I don’t think so,” he retorted angrily. “You Blackhearts are going to be the ones who are sorry at the end of this.” Lashing his tail, he refused to take notice of the doubt in his head, shoved it away. He tried to dodge Ripclaw’s paw, but he wasn’t fast enough. He was not fast, but he was strong. He decided to try something that, on open ground, would be quite stupid. But here in the tunnels it might work. Ducking, he charged straight at Ripclaw, wondering if the other tom would have time to turn. Ripclaw would either be driven deeper in, or be bowled over. Either way, it was Aspenbark’s advantage. Tunnels might be useful after all, he thought. Please, StarClan, let them be.
  • "Hey you! How about picking on somebody faster!"snarled Howlingblizzard as he leaped at Philadelphia with blinding speed.
  • Ripclaw gasped for breath, and then glared up at Aspenbark. Ripclaw was about to hiss a threat when he saw the strong Snowclanner charge towards him. Ripclaw's first instict was to jump to avoid him, but the tunnels were so low! Suddenly Ripclaw was knocked backwards. His head was spinning as he lay on the cave ground. How could I have let that mouse-brained Snowclan tom succeed in sending me flying?! Ripclaw thought furiously. Ripclaw took a deep breath and managed to stand. "You're gonna pay for that!" He mewed, his voice shaking with anger. He lunged forward, but without much energy; he was much more vunerable after the vicious charge.
  • Aspenbark was taken by surprise; he hadn't expected to actually be able to bowl Ripclaw over. He had thought the tom would run. So, when Ripclaw lunged, he was still dazed. "Oof," he grunted in a most undignified manner.
    But he soon recovered his composure and tried his best to return Ripclaw's threat. "SnowClan isn't paying for anything tonight," he spat. The would in his flank was starting to throb more painfully now, demanding more of his attention, but he remained as focused as he could amidst the screeches and echoes.
    He was by now completely disoriented, but what was important was that he did not let Ripclaw pass him and get out aboveground. So he took up a defensive crouch in the middle of the tunnel, and firmly planted himself and all his considerable bulk there. Being big, this was quite effective; Ripclaw didn't have much of a chance of passing him. But Aspenbark was still at a great disadvantage underground, and though his bulk made him both a good tunnel-blocker and a strong fighter, it slowed him down quite a lot. He was not very agile on his paws either. Fervently he hoped that his opponent did not know this.
  • ooc: x.x sooo lost.... Sorry, I was gone yesterday at my bff's house that doesn't have internet.
    Stormfront snarled as claws slid across his face. He was thrown a tiny bit, just enough to escape Willowdust's attack. He leaped back at the she-cat who attacked him. "I am STORMFRONT! I am Leader of my Army! We and Blackheart are ALLIES, AND WE WILL FIGHT TO THE DEATH." He yowled, doing a side-swipe with a little hop to it. He slid sideways, hoping to block any attack while inflecting the most pain.
    ooc: Stormfront is of his Army...not blackheart....
  • Sagenight felt claws rip through his other shoulder, and trying to fight through the pain as best as he could, he sprang forward, using every ounce of much-needed weight. Of course, the Blackheart leader knew that the other cat was older and thus not going to be bowled over easily, but why not try?
    Philadelphia felt herself get flung off by Rainstorm's back claws. She hissed as she was tossed back a few rabbit-lengths by some other SnowClan warrior. "Hehe, you're not that slow," she purred. "I like a challenge." She flexed her paws, unsheathing her claws, and slipped to the side, creeping closer smoothly and quickly. She aimed a swipe for the head; rearing up, she used her other forepaw to try and claw for the throat.
  • The two brothers smashed together, Cypresspaw slashing and swiping through his chorus of furious yowls. He aimed a bite at Sagenight's neck as he felt the claws tear a wound down his flank.
  • Rainstorm got to his paws and nodded to Howlingblizzard. "Thanks," he meowed, before cirlcling around Philadelphia's other side. While she attacked his Clanmate, the gray tom aimed a bite on the Blackheart's back.
  • Ripclaw hissed as Aspenbark blocked his escape route. Ripclaw padded forward towards the large Snowclan cat, not putting much weight on one of his hind paws which he must have injured when he had been knocked over. Then he stopped and growled menacingly, "Are you sure you want to stay there? Because you are blocking my only escape route. I have killed my two siblings, so do you think I won't kill you, you clumsy fleabag!"
    Suddenly Ripclaw raised his front paw and tried to slash at Aspenbark's head.
  • "I accept your challenge.You'll see how I got the last part of my name."sneered Howlingblizzard.At hearing his clanmate the white tom just flicked his ear.Swiftly he dodged the she-cat's blows."Looks like I found somebody near my speed.Congrats on that lady....but you're still the enemy!"he hissed.Howlingblizzard then made a sharp turn on the dime to try and land a blow to his oppant's face in the same blinding speed.He seemed to move with the unpredictability of a raging blizzard.But even storms faltered and weakened.But Howlingblizzard would not let himself get pinned sense he was lean and skinny and not a very big tom at all.
  • Grendel leaped out from his hiding spot, looking for a cat to engage. The whole fight had started so quickly, and there were even more cats here than he had thought. At least he would never be bored living with the Blackhearts. So many cats to kill.
    "Who here is brave enough to fight Grendel?" He roared.
