  • ———— CITLALI ————

Making a fool of myself with all of these vices !

At the first glance anyone would assume Citlali is a rambunctious social butterfly, and whilst that may be true for the most part, there were so many new people, it was... well it was scary. Citlali wanted to get away from her now bustling home, after some exploration she found the cove, which led to a black sanded beach that seemed vacant at the moment, she trotted up to a rather large boulder, collapsing beside it with a high toned sigh. She nestled up against the rock, her splashed pelt mixing with the boulders grey and the ebony sand, she rested her head on her paws as she listened to the water, her anxiety fell into silence as she took a deep breath in, she knew they wouldn’t harm her, she couldn’t explain the feeling of fear that gripped at her, she wanted to play care-free! Life wasn’t fair.

  • Helix didn't normally find himself out by the beach, but there was the occasion that he walked along its ebony beaches. Now that he thought about it, the last time he was here was back when Jimin was around. That was when those weird fish things washed up on the shore out of nowhere. They were clearly gone now, seeing as Helix didn't have to avoid giant fish corpses as he walked. It was actually quite peaceful, just strolling along and listening to the waves wash against the shore. He was all alone, or at least he thought so. Little did he know that Citali was hiding against a boulder nearby.

Making a fool of myself with all of these vices !

Citlali’s peace was disturbed when she heard pawsteps near by, shooting her head over the border in alarm she saw it was only Helix, should she say hi? Or stay quiet? With her paws pressed against the boulder to hold her up the puppy watched as she walked along the beach.

Then a better idea struck her, what better way to practice hunting and impress momma and poppa?

Dropping into a silent crouch the pup scurried closer, though she was probably much louder than she assumed.

When she felt she was finally close enough she finally leaped over to him, attempting to hook herself onto one of his back ankles, "hunted you!" The pup would squeal if her so called “attack” was successful. Helix was a good one, it was the strangers the pup had been developing anxiety over. Helix was good, helix was good...

She had to repeat this thought in her head to keep her anxiety from crawling right back up.
