'Cause you know sometimes words
。・゚゚・ Well, that was fun. Cass had been in this clan since she was... young. She couldn't even remember, but she had distinct memories of the day. She could barely speak English. It was awful, but now her bilingualism is just a fun quirk. Latin isn't even a useful language here. No one speaks it. She likes to imagine that she'd be happier as a carefree wanderer, but that's blatantly untrue. Sure, she's still wildly high-strung, but being forced to live with a bunch of scary people is a good incentive to befriend the scary people. She has a lot of friends here, which complicated her decision. On the one hand, friends are kind of awesome and Cass didn't want to just leave. But on the other hand, it was rather one-sided. What did she do for them? What did she actually do for the clan as a whole? She couldn't even handle the simple task of being a stupid medic. She didn't deserve them, and they didn't deserve her. People would notice she was gone, sure, but her loss might be a net gain.
She opened the door to her house, glancing at the corner where she had everything organized. She's not an organized person, but she'd been planning this for a while. What was left was getting all her stuff in a bag or something so she can carry it all out. Though it's foolish to take all these things with her. Plus, she almost forgot the blanket on the roof. (She likes to sleep there) Well packing light is a skill, so let's practice that then. She wrapped the blanket around her like a cape, under which was a large amount of snacks she kept stashed. She grabbed her helmet- it used to be a protective security blanket of sorts. She knew it probably didn't really protect her, but she felt safer with it on. Now it was small on her, and felt smothering. Though maybe that was just the shmushing of her ears and the jabbing of her new earrings. Still, she took it. She took nothing else- nothing else will help her on her journey. She put up her hand- no, paw-made sign on her door. Just one word was posted, in dark green on a white sheet. "Vacant"
Let's see what she does without anyone else. Let's see if she finds herself back home in 2 weeks, which is not an impossibility.

//I should have done this a long time ago. I'm sorry. She'll probably come back at some point, but she's been feeling more like a chore than fun lately.
