  • Thanks <3 Alexander looking handsome lol. Alright so we could start with Juno finding Alexander on his porch steps and thinking that Alex is a simple oversized dog?

  • Sure I can start us off!

Juno looked at his watch to check the time. 8:40 his watch read. He had a bit of time before it would be time for him to head on off to bed so he was just going to try to relax until then. The brunette was walking home from work and hell, he was lucky to be let off this early so someone could take over his shift. His hair was up into a messy bun and he was ready to let his hair down, change into some comfortable pajamas, and then sit in bed and watch some television and play on his phone. Right now, he was checking his phone and fiddling around with his house keys that were in his pocket as he approached his house and was going to the front steps. That’s when he noticed something strange... dark liquid. His eyebrows furrowed before he turned on his phone flashlight and saw that the dark liquid was red in color and was starting to dry on the steps. Oh, come on. Juno thought with a silent groan, not liking that he wouldn’t be able to relax. As he brought the phone up, he saw fur and what happened to be the source of the bleeding. A dog. His chest pained with ache and he started to go up the steps so he could see if the ‘dog’ was still alive. Thankfully, it was and Juno got down on his knees to pet the dog so he was giving it comfort. “Hey buddy.” The brunette murmured softly as he pet the fur before getting up to unlock the door.

His hand fidgeted for the right key which was then stuck into the lock, turned, and the door opened. Juno carelessly stuffed his phone into his pocket and he went over to the animal before slowly attempting to pick it up. Even if his back for strained, it would be so worth it and he heaved the dog up. With a now wobbly balance, Juno carried the dog inside with him closing the door with his foot and he hurried over to the bathroom so he could set the animal in the bathtub and bandage him up. Oh dear.... he hoped the dog was friendly and wouldn’t snap at him. Juno went into the bathroom and set the animal in the tub before going to the medicine cabinet where he got bandages and cotton pads. “Okay, I don’t know if you understand what I’m saying but uh... don’t bite me okay?” His voice was awkward as he got on his knees and he reached to dab at the wound with a few cotton pads before bandaging it up throughly with the soft bandages.

  • Alexander had been running for as long as he could remember. He had been separated from his family when hunters attacked them years ago. He had only assumed that they were dead now. He had been on the run ever since that day. He had also done quite well in avoiding any of the hunters. He would still in his human form for the most part, only changing when he needed to hunt to eat. He did away after doing so, making sure that his tracks were covered. That all changed that day. He hadn’t been able to help himself. He had needed to hunt during the day. He guessed that the hunters were already aware of his location as they had been waiting for him. He had tried to get out of the situation as quickly as he could, but it was no use. He had been shot a few times. Thankfully he had noticed this house and dragged himself here while he waited for the hunters to leave. He had lost consciousness until Juno got home.

A soft whimper left him as he was lifted and brought into the house. He could feel the way that the poor boy carrying him almost buckled at his weight. He was large, even among werewolf standards. He was just grateful that someone was kind enough to bring him in and try to see for him. He tensed as he was slowly set down in the tub. He curled his legs in some so that he was able to fit better. It was clear to see that he was weak from the lack of blood. The red stained his fur. He didn’t even have enough strength to lift his head at the current moment. His breath was somewhat labored. He could only hope that this man wouldn’t realize what he was and would take care of him until he was healed. As he began to dab at the wound, more whimpers left him. He hated how pathetic he was sounding at the moment.

  • How this dog got so heavy, Juno did not know. But he wasn’t about to let him die because he knew that he wouldn’t be able to handle it even though he didn’t know this dog. One hand focused on the bandages and his other hand was on Alexander’s hand where he rubbed, scratched, and petted in an attempt to keep him soothes and calm. Juno was focused on the fact that someone had the guts to do this to a poor animal. The male shook his head and he focused on bandaging and keeping Alexander calm. Soon, he was done bandaging and he had to clean up the blood that had been left on the porch steps so he started to leave after getting a wet rag and rinsing it with hot water. With that being done, the brunette left and went outside to see if he could quickly clean up the mess on the porch and steps. Juno got on his hands and knees and started to scrub at the blood whilst putting some elbow grease into his efforts so it would make it more quicker. So much for going home and having a quiet, relaxing night tonight. He let out a huff and didn’t come back inside until all the blood was gone and he tossed the rag into the towel basket. It was almost time for him to do towel laundry anyway.

Time to check on Alexander. Just to keep a close on the dog, he was going to get a few blankets for him to sleep on as well as some food and water. Juno went into the towel closet and grabbed a few throw blankets before going into his room, setting them down after unfolding them. Juno busied himself with getting a bowl of water and some leftover meat which he sat down on the unfolded blankets. Maybe after the dog was comfortable, he could get the relaxation that he needed. Going into the bathroom, Juno reached to pick up Alexander with his knees starting to buckle but he weakly brought him to his room where he sat him down on the blankets. “Eat something, drink something.” Juno insisted, wondering if he should call in a vet to come take a look just to be on the safe side. Juno straightened his posture and went over to his dresser so he could get some pajamas for himself.

  • Alexander’s gaze watched the man as he treated him. It was a bit of a surprise to have someone being so kind to him, especially after everything that normally happened around him. It was a nice change though. He was hoping that it would last for a little while before he was able to get back on his feet again. He was getting rather tired of running though. He wished that he could find a place to settle down where hunters wouldn’t find him. It was his only wish by that point in time. Normally he would despise someone touching his head in the way that Juno did, but it actually kept him very comforted. His eyes closed partly as a result of it. He watched as he stood up and then left the bathroom. He managed to slowly lift his head. He was shaking some, but it was expected. He didn’t have the strength to change back into his human form just yet. He was sure that he would’ve able to in the morning. He only hoped that Juno wouldn’t kill him when he found out.

His head slowly dropped again, reading back in the bottom of the tub. He waited for the other male to return back to him. He wished that he was able to help get himself out of the tub, but he could almost feel himself slipping on the verge of consciousness once more. He allowed himself to be set down on the blankets, surprised with how comfortable this setup was. It was already better than what he was used to. He lifted his head once more when he spotted the food and water. He slowly got his legs underneath himself and tried to stand. They were shaking more than his head had. He only managed a few bites of the food before he had to lay back down. It was very frustrating to have to be stuck like this. He just laid back on his side, avoiding putting pressure on his wounds. He didn’t want for them to bleed more. It was clear the hunters had been aiming at his heart. They had just missed it too.

  • Juno let his hair down, letting the brunette hair fall just down to his shoulders. Well, a little inches past his shoulders really. It was nice to have his hair down and now he could get dressed in some comfy pajamas. He turned his head to watch Alexander before sitting on the bed and he casually undressed out of his button up shirt, denim jacket, and blue jeans. It was just him and a dog but of course he was unaware that Alexander wasn’t really... a dog but he shouldn’t be so hesitant with changing in front of a dog. He tossed his clothing into his nearby hamper before working some flannel shorts and a flannel pajama shirt on as well as some plain sherbet colored socks. Juno could only hope that Alexander would be alright in the morning and he wondered if a vet would even come. Juno had done what he had could for Alexander so that was enough for now. He slid off of the bed and tottered over to Alexander before sitting right beside him, crossing his legs. Seeing Alexander made him chest hurt. Slowly, he began to pet down the soft fur in hopes that it could keep him calm and not let him get stressed. “It’ll take some time for that to heal up but I’m already enjoying your company.” Juno felt odd talking to an animal but he lived alone. No pets, no boyfriend. None of that. So having Alexander around was a really nice change for once.

However, once Alexander healed up it would be back to being on his own. Well, he was used to living alone but he didn’t mind it... sometimes. It was nice to have time to himself but it got boring after a while. Juno was honestly thinking that he could... keep Alexander around for a little longer after the dog healed. Just so he wouldn’t be by himself. Right now, Juno was focusing on letting Alexander and just talking sweet things to him too. “Get some rest okay? You look so tired and you need rest.” Juno said as he was starting to get up. For now he was going to play on his phone and watch television with the occasional glance at Alexander to make sure he’s doing alright. The brunette climbed onto his bed and for comfortable with his phone in his hand and the remote in the other.

  • Alexander kept his eyes on the other male as he walked around the room. It was a bit awkward for him as he was watching a total stranger change. It wasn’t like he could tell the other male that he was a werewolf. He would probably end up finding out in the morning though. He had a nasty habit of changing in his sleep. He guessed that it was due to the dreams that he had. He was only hoping that he would end up doing so after the other male had fallen asleep. It would be awkward to suddenly turn human while someone stared at him. Besides, it wasn’t like he had any clothes on either. Now that would be even worse when he did change back. He didn’t mind that he decided to com closer to him and pet his fur once more. It was actually rather nice. It was almost like someone was running their fingers through the hair on top of his head. He would’ve smiled at the thought if he could’ve. He closed his eyes partly as the man continued to do so.

This boy seemed to be young and around the same age that he was himself. He looked exhausted as well. He could see the bags that were under his eyes. It made him wonder what he did for a living. He lifted his head some when he heard his words and watched as he stood. He just let out a soft sound, shifted to get a little more comfortable. He rested his head lightly on his paws as his eyes fully fell shut. He was quickly asleep, not having realized just how exhausted he had been from this all. Like he had assumed, he did end up shifting back to human form in the middle of the night, but he didn’t notice it. He continued to sleep soundly through it.

  • Juno switched the lamp off after a while and after a bit of playing around on his phone, he turned his phone off and set it on the nightstand. Now he was really ready to turn in for the night and hopefully Alexander would be alright in the morning. In fact, Juno hoped that he could actually keep Alexander once he healed up. But he didn’t know that Alexander was a werewolf and it was going to be really awkward when he found out Alex’s little secret. Once he got comfy under the blankets, he laid his head down and fell asleep. Now Juno was a pretty deep sleeper and when he didn’t have work or didn’t have to go in until later on, he liked to sleep in. Sleeping until around 9 o’clock or so. If he did have work then he’d wake up at 6 o’clock but an extra three hours of sleep for him was really nice if he was going to be completely honest.

And that’s what Juno did. He slept in for an extra three hours until he was slowly waking up. And it was quiet. Really, Juno had expected to wake up to the wound of Alexander whining or something like that. He stirred around on the bed, shifting to get comfortable until his lips parted so he could say something. “You’re being awfully quiet aren’t you?” Juno spoke tiredly before thinking that maybe Alexander was asleep and he shouldn’t really bother him. He stretched his limbs out, wondering if he should even get out of bed right now. Yeah, he could roll over and check on Alexander but he was comfortable where he was so he hadn’t bothered to move as of right now. The brunette heaved a heavy sigh and ran a hand through his messily ruffled long hair.

  • Alexander woke up late the next morning, pain immediately hitting him. He let out a soft sound as he shifted, but didn’t move too much. Those hunters had really gotten close with their bullets and it was truly worrisome. He knew it would take him a while to be able to heal from this. He probably would have issues for a good bit of time as well. He slowly opened his eyes, realizing then that he wasn’t in his wolf form anymore. He would’ve gotten up and grabbed some clothes before slipping from the house if he could, but he couldn’t even find it in himself to stand up. He hadn’t been this weak in years. Some soft sounds left his lips once more and he rolled over. He let out a spew of curses as well. He carefully grabbed one of the blankets and wrapped it around his lower half. He was sure that Juno wouldn’t want to see him like this. After all, it wasn’t the most pleasant site. Don’t get him wrong, he was rather fit. There were just multiple scars on his body from the years and the blood had soaked through the bandages by that point.

He froze when he heard the soft voice of the other male. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes, trying to get himself turned back. He didn’t have the strength to. He moved to sit up then, figuring that he could explain it easier that way. “Shit!” He exclaimed and immediately moved a hand to rest on the bandages. He knew that it would probably startle the other male. “Look, please don’t freak out or hurt me. Please.” He begged in a quite voice. It was clear that he was actually a bit afraid that Juno would finish the job that the hunters couldn’t. “I-I need your help getting these bullets out. If they don’t get out, I’m not going to heal.” He added.

  • He was going to go back to sleep. Or at least rest his eyes for a little bit until he could find the motivation to get up. But then he heard a voice and for a moment in his groggy state of mind, he thought it was him speaking. Only... it wasn’t him that was doing the talking. And that’s what alarmed him enough to opened his eyes and immediately sit upright on the bed. Olay now he wasn’t expecting that. Well more like he was expecting for the dog to still be there but he wasn’t expecting a rather attractive male to be standing there with no clothes except for just a blanket around his lower half. This rendered Juno speechless so he couldn’t say anything for a little while until he had managed to get his voice back. And honestly, Juno didn’t even know what he should say to Alexander. But obviously he was not going to hurt the werewolf, it wasn’t on his nature to hurt anything... even werewolves.

“Oh, calm down. I’m not going to hurt you.” Juno said in a very groggy tone, rubbing at his eyes tiredly. It was going to take his brain a while to process this whole situation especially since he had woken up like ten minutes ago or so. “Okay Okay, can you at least get to the bathroom on your own?” Juno asked as he was getting off of the bed. Maybe he had some clothes that could fit Alexander and he could wear that for now. Juno went over to the dresser and thought that maybe he would have some shirt and shorts that were oversized on him but would fit Alexander.

  • Alexander’s eyes were somewhat wide as he stared up at the bed. It was easy to see that he was terrified that the other male would do something to him. He didn’t want to be killed like this. He wanted to just get healed and leave town. It would be the best for him to leave. The hunters knew what he looked like. They could track him down again and finish the job. His shoulders were tense as he stared at him, but they began to relax as he was reassured that Juno would hurt him. He carefully laid back down. It was too hard to keep himself sitting up. “Thank you.” He murmured. It was clear to see that he was truly grateful for his help. He had been quite nice to him last night after all. He just hoped that he would continue to help him until he was healed. He looked at the wound in his chest, lifting a hand to rest in it again.

“I can try. I doubt it though. I don’t even think I can stand on my own.” He spoke gently. He shifted to use his free hand to help him sit up again. He then tried to get himself standing. He managed to get up, but he fell into the bed. The blanket fell as well. He just let out a soft sound. It was obvious that he didn’t mind being nude in front of a stranger. “Yeah, I don’t think I will be able to. They got me really close to the heart. Damn silver.” He mumbled. His skin was much paler then he normally was. He just hoped that he would get his strength back. This could very well kill him. “I don’t care what clothes you get for me either. I’m not really picky.” He assured in a strained tone.

  • Juno didn’t even bother to look at Alexander as he was just too flustered and embarrassed. “Just... Just put the shorts on for now and I’ll help you to the bathroom. A-And after I get the bullets out, y-you can put the shirt on.” He said, not looking over his shoulder whilst he tossed the shorts over to Alexander. Hopefully Alexander had the strength to put the shorts on because there was no way he was helping the werewolf get dressed. The brunette was just to flustered at the moment and his brain was in the middle of processing the situation. Honestly, he felt stupid for mistaking a werewolf for a dog. Juno should’ve known that it was a werewolf because he had a hard time carrying Alexander and the other male was so big in wolf form. But now Juno was finding it upon himself to legit keep Alexander here with him. Possibly let the werewolf live with him just so the werewolf hunters wouldn’t find Alexander and kill him. His cheeks were warming up and he fidgeted slightly.

Juno couldn’t let Alexander die. He was rummaging through his dresser before he got a hold of a pair of tweezers to get the bullets out and for the time being, he distracted himself. “You know, you can stay here for a while if you want.” Juno offered as he fiddled around with the tweezers that hopefully would work. It was weird though, Juno had been living alone for so long that it would be weird having someone else live with him let alone a werewolf. Once his brain processed everything, Juno heaved out a sigh and slowly turned around to see if Alexander had put the shorts on.

  • Alexander normally would’ve made a comment at the way that the other male was stuttering, but it was kind of cute. He hadn’t seen someone like him before and he did have to say that he was rather attractive. He wouldn’t let his mind wander that far just yet. It would be terrible if that part of him showers right now. Besides, he didn’t even know if Juno was into that type of person. He also didn’t know that much about him. “Thank you.” His voice was a bit softer. He carefully grabbed the shorts and pulled them on. They were a little tight, but they worked enough for him now. He didn’t bother with a shirt yet. It would end up getting bled through. He didn’t want for him his clothes any. “I’m sorry that I couldn’t change back. It must’ve been weird for you to wake up and see me like this.” He spoke softly.

His eyes widened a little when he was offered that. “Really? That would be great actually. I-I have never really had a place to stay before.” He admitted. He hoped that he would be able to keep them both safe from the hunters. He waited until he moved closer, leaning into him. He wrapped his arms around his waist to keep him balanced. “I’m sorry for coming to your doorstep. It was the only place I could find. Besides, your porch hid me from them.” His voice was nothing like the way people described werewolves. He actually sounds rather pleasant and very kind.

  • “Yeah, ya think? I never imagined I would wake up to something like this happening.” Juno managed to smile just a little bit. Well, he wasn’t complaining so that was good it seemed. He swallowed a little before looking at Alexander. “Well, you’re welcome to stay for as long as you’d like. I do not mind.” Juno assured, the smiles now small and soft on his face. And with that, he was helping Alexander get to the bathroom with ease. He didn’t answer Alexander’s next question until they were in the bathroom. “It’s... It’s completely fine really. I wasn’t expecting a werewolf to show up on my porch but you’re not hearing me complain.” Juno assured and he shut the door before gently ushering Alexander to sit on the edge of the tub. “Okay so, I’m going to get the bullets out which means I’m going to have to do some digging around in your wounds which I’m sure is going to hurt a lot so try to be still for me okay?” Juno looked at him as he braced himself for whatever Alexander’s reaction would be to him getting the bullets out. “What? Do werewolf hunters only use silver bullets?” Juno inquired to the werewolf before taking the tweezers and inserted them into one of the wounds after taking the bandages off. They needed changing anyway.

He circled the tweezers and felt around for any bullets fragments or the whole bullet itself before he started to pull out some silver metal fragments. “How’s your pain tolerance?” He asked as he inspected the fragments before setting them down beside him. Juno was oddly casual and calm about this but on the inside, he was feeling a mixture of emotions. He was helping out a werewolf which would get him into big trouble if anyone found out about it. And he didn’t need that happening at all. Juno tried to push negative thoughts out of his mind so that he could focus and concentrate with getting the bullet fragments out. It took a while he was pulling out many fragments and he was wondering if he had gotten all of them. “Okay. I think that’s all of them.” He murmured softly once he was done.

  • Alexander watched his expression to see what he had meant by it. The smile was everything that he had needed to know. It helped him feel even more relaxed around him. “A lot of people don’t. If anyone else saw me, they would’ve killed me immediately.” He spoke softly. Werewolves were feared by many and everyone wanted them dead. This was the first time that he had met someone who didn’t. It was a nice change. “Thank you. I will definitely take you up on the offer.” He didn’t want to scare him away with talks of the hunters still looking for him. They had track him across multiple states by that point. He doubted they would stop now. He smiled some as he listened to the way this man spoke. It was rather casual, which was different. It was funny though. He carefully took a seat and allowed for him to peel the bandages off. “I’ll try, but I can’t promise anything.” He mumbled. His question caught him a bit off guard.

“Silver does the most damage. They will shoot us with anything though.” He informed. He let out a soft cry when the tweezers were inserted into his wound. He managed to keep himself still though. “It is okay, but it still hurts.” He managed to say. Every time that he would move the tweezers around, he would flinch some. He just couldn’t help it. He had tears streaming down his cheeks by the time that the other male finally got them all out. He leaned back, his breathing a bit labored. “Thank you.” He glanced to him, the pain still clear in his gaze. The wounds would probably have to be stitched, but he didn’t want to suggest that just yet.

  • Well, guess it was official that Alexander was going to be living with Juno for a while. He liked that as it was a change to his live alone style. It would take some time to get used to the fact that a werewolf was now living with him but he could not just throw Alexander out and let the werewolf hunters find him. Besides, he doubted that the hunters would come looking for him here. He heaved a sigh as he had gotten to work with getting the fragments out of the wounds. But, Juno took amusement in the fact that Alexander had tears streaming down his cheeks all from what he was doing. “I guess you’re softer than you look.” Juno teased as he cleaned off the tweezers and briefly got up to put the fragments in the trash. The brunette had a nice smile on his face and he was getting fresh new bandages so the could bandage Alexander back up. He knew he should stitch up the wounds but maybe those could wait.

Juno carefully bandaged Alexander up throughly before speaking. “I doubt that you’ll be wanting to sleep on the floor again...” Juno was starting to say. “So, I’ll let you have the guest bedroom if you want it.” He offered sweetly. Now he had been tempted to say ‘We can share my bed since I don’t take up that much space’ but Juno thought that would’ve been really forward towards the werewolf and really awkward so he just settled on letting Alexander take the guest bedroom if he wanted to take it. The brunette swallowed thickly before grabbing the shirt that he had gotten for Alexander and handed it over to him so he could finish getting dressed.

  • just wanted to warn you that i am going to be traveling these next three days, so i apologize if my posts aren’t the best or they done wrong random times!))

Alexander was pleased when he didn’t hear the other male say anything more on him staying there with him. This place actually would make him feel rather safe. It was secluded and he was such that Juno would have places for him to hide if the hunters did come. It would be nice to have some company as well. He didn’t remember the last time that he had been around someone who wasn’t terrified of him. This boy was actually a breath a fresh air. He was also the first human who didn’t try to harm him after finding out what he was. He reached a shaky hand up to wipe at his eyes. “You don’t know how much it hurts to get shot with those things and then to have someone dig around in the wounds to get the pieces out.” The silver bullets hurt more than any other. They stung when they went in and kept doing so until they were taken out. He just watched him as he moved to grab more bandages. His smile was rather attractive.

“That would be wonderful. Thank you.” He realized then that he didn’t actually know his name. “I’m Alexander, by the way. You can call me Alex though.” He commented. He smiled brightly back at him, his dimples showing. He had no clue of what the other male thought of him already. He would find it a bit amusing if he did. He carefully took the shirt and slid it on. Again it was a little tight, but he didn’t mind. “I really appreciate you helping me. Normally people would’ve tried to kill me when they found out what I was.” He admitted.
