powers question/permission ?

Coldpaw, my newly promoted Windclan medicine cat apprentice, became blind after a dog attack. I was thinking, with the new site-wide plot as well as her being a strong believer in Starclan, she could develop 'The Sight'. Because she can't see but knew what it was previously like to see before her accident, it could help these visions be a little more accurate. So instead of saying 'I have no idea where this vision took place' she could say 'oh, it was on the border of thunderclan!' unless it was somewhere she had never been before (which would be quite a few places outside of some of the borders she had traveled to as a kit against leader orders). As the site-wide plot intensifies, she could be more invested in Starclan and getting to the bottom of it because she does feel as though her power was Starclan gifted for a reason.

So, if that's allowed, I was curious to know what that would mean for her. How far could she see into the future? How often, and how significant?

EDITED TO ADD: this might be a good power for her, because she longs to be able to see again. She would long to have these visions, or sights (that probably won't happen very often. they would be very far and few in between). She would probably over-analyze everything and spend much of her time obsessing over what it means, how to prevent it, if it's good or bad, etc. As the moons go on, the power would become more of a curse to her than a blessing. She would mostly be able to feel others emotions from this though, in close proximity. This would teach her the variety of emotions she has yet to experience and would make her a better medicine cat who can comfort, know how to connect with others, and realize her own issues aren't as great as some others. this will also help her experience a mothers love (that she will never have), and the in general joy and happiness from others. this also won't be used often- and only used with permission and if she touches another character who is experiencing perhaps a stronger feeling? Her visions would be stronger than her sensations ever would, but far far less common. This power will probably be sparked by her near death experience in which she spoke to starclan and they told her in a dark setting 'it wasn't her time yet'. It will also take several weeks to develop.
