  • Debiru had escaped away to his little escape place wanting some time to himself out here rather then locking himself inside his cell all day long. He couldn't remain in there forever and he actually hated to be in that cell...it was so lonesome and he would have much rather shared a room with someone either with Val or Radio but...he was far to shy to ask a such thing out of the two to throw himself on them like that. Both might wants thier own personal space and not have someone like him there to take up thier space. So he had to adapt and just endure it while hoping one day everything would start to feel better although right now felt like nothing was gonna be okay again. The siberian husky had taken with one of this books Val had given to him, one about the stars and had put it into his little bag before steping outside and had left the prisoner boulding behind to his own little private spot out there in the forest with that rock he liked to lay on top of. There was a bit tree behind and he believed sakura flowers was gonna grow out from the tree once the spring arrived, and the sight he had was over a little field which would bloosom with flowers and a lake a little bit further ahead with a widen open space to look at. It was a special place, and he found himself real lucky that nobody else seemed to have claimed this yet as thier own private spot. Like usual when he arrived would jump up on the rock to lay himself down to take out the book and opend the page he had left on before to start to read, and looked at the pictures inside. Stars. He had always loved them and found them very interesting to learn more about.

    // SOJOURN K I FINALLY MADE THIER THREAD!! c':

  • He hadn't really paid much attention to the slave. Issues of moral had little value to him, Sojourn tried to be good where possible but he had reached a point in his life where he didn't feel obligated towards it, and as such didn't see the need to make their life any better or worse. Their freedom had been granted since then, they had even been recognised as being worthy of a position, and at that point the kitsune figured it best to try and remember their name. Deb...iru? Noticing the husky amidst the isolated forest had brought about the questions first. Sojourn still had the problem of his clanmates not leaving him alone whenever he tried to rest within his prison dwelling, at least out here it was quieter (albeit more dangerous, Soj could take care of himself well enough). The husky was sitting in a spot he might have taken for himself should he have been quicker finding it, but too polite to bully him off of it, the Prodigy instead drifted closer. His approaches were often silent, not having footsteps would do that to someone, and today was no exception, but he cleared his throat as to not spook them.

    For some time he was silent, a demure smile planted upon his lips. He could feel the panic of having to make small talk brewing with him, a skill not yet learned despite spending about a month in a very sociable group, but was adamant to not let it show in front of someone who had only recently been recognised as an Exiler. Actually, tell a lie, he wouldn't have wanted it shown in front of anyone, to prove that he was good at everything he did whether it be torture or party-making was to earn far more respect. He went over questions internally, icy blue eyes fixated on the book with enthusiasm. That would be a good start. "What is the book like?" he asked finally.

  • If not Sojourn hadn't cleared his throat Debiru wouldn't even have noticed his approaching steps and most likely would have got himself a heart attack if he suddenly had spoken up. But now he didn't do that, warning him before hand which saved the husky from getting startled and a possible heart attack. Glancing up from his book would give a look over at the kitsune knowing he had seen them around before but had never had a real conversation with them before. Just the two happening to be at the same place like the other. What was his name again even?. Soj...Sojo?. Was that...his name?. Debiru failed to remember his whole name now stuck to believe that was his real name. Out of politiness would return his smile with his own shy little one but didn't let his gaze linger on him for long to glance back at the book again. " It's a-about stars. I..i r-really like it." he would say, still feeling very grateful even to this day that Val had given this book to him. It was a much precious gift that was for sure. " Do you...l-like stars?." he would then ask trying to avoid an awkward silence to follow them, and tried his best to not come out as disinterest to talk with him.
