    A limping figure moved out of the warrior den, the sun was just setting and Raccoonhobble started to wander. As his name suggested he favoured the night to the day, then they wouldn’t stare at his deformed leg. He looked down at the thing that caused him so much grief and scoffed at it.

    The sun was beginning to dip below the horizon and Brightshine was enjoying every moment of it, soaking in the view as she sat atop a flat boulder. She just loved the sunsets over the moors; so many amazing colors swirling together in a beautiful waterfall of color! It'd be better without all the clouds, The deputy would think with a quick grimace before noise nearby distracted her. Swiveling her head around, she'd lay eyes on Raccoonhobble and greet the tom with a bright grin. "Hey there! Haven't seen you around today. Sleep in?" The calico joked, eyes glinting with amusement.

    I'll work real hard and do my best

    The eyes falling on his coat made his stomach nearly twist. He hoped most cats would be heading to sleep now or out hunting. “Haha.” He spoke instead did an actual laugh trying to keep it as non sarcastic as possible. “Uh not really. I just prefer the night so I just sleep during the day and wake up when dusk hits.” There were that’s of reasons he could make up for his need for darkness but in all truth it was because he could maybe keep his rank as a warrior then. I’m the day his clumsy movement made it almost impossible to hunt but at night his black coat hid him from plain view and he had better luck.

    "That makes sense! I love nighttime too," Brightshine trilled cheerily, hopping off her little boulder before trotting over to his side. "You want some company? I can't imagine you'd want to wander alone out there." Of course, she had taken up the habit of doing just that. Still, it rubbed her fur the wrong way to think about a clanmate of her's getting injured because of such a mistake.
