  • Whelp, it seemed like it was time for me to settle down again. Taking time away from Solaris Kingdom was just what I needed — time to realize I needed to put my own needs before others. Well, that wasn't exactly all true, but partially. After the multiple raids that had plagued the group and the capture I had almost gotten myself into... no way was I going back there, at least. I needed to stay somewhere chill, somewhere that seemed to have little to no conflict with anyone. A remote place, maybe a floating island or — no, that was impossible. Yet as I was walking it seemed like the island just appeared from my imagination just as I thought it. Narrowing my eyes, I stared up at the island as I sat in the boat I had discovered, adjusting my trusty dad hat before slapping the side of the boat a couple times. "Ay, move, will ya? I wanna get to the motherfuckin' top, you hunk of junk." I let out a sigh deep from my chest as I looked over to my companion that sat on my shoulder, clicking my tongue in disappointment as I shook my head softly. "How the hell are we gonna get up there, Ikea Bird?" The bird cawed back as if to say "I don't know," and in return I let out a even louder sigh than before. "Guess we're fuckin' stuck here until this thing moves. What, do I just gotta say 'up' or som-"

    My words were cut off as the boat began to move up, up above the tree canopies and even the clouds. Hell, I was still even in the clouds. Lapping at the water droplets that surrounded me as I laughed in a giddy way, I rolled my eyes as I turned back to Ikea Bird with a snort. "Didn't I say up like five times? Damn, this thing is dumber than a box of rocks, huh? But I mean, it ain't livin', so I guess that makes sense." We had gotten to the end of the "ride" as I finished my words, stopping at the edge of the mysterious floating islands. Narrowing my eyes, I stepped out of the boat and onto the grass warily as I squinted behind my spectacles. "Hey, anyone out there? Heard there was a group of here. The name's Sven, I gotta 'nother name but that's not important." I added for some dumbass reason, wincing to myself as I uttered the words.

  • ❝ おやすみなさい ❞  teddy liked loud very much, considering that she was very much a loud person, and so hearing loud was a cue for her to approach. after all, what could be better than more extroverts? certainly people wanting peace and quiet were simply insane to want such a thing. but whatever, who cared about what anyone actually thought besides what tennou herself thought, because she always was right all the time, no matter what. or something like that, she didn't know for sure.

    whatever the case truly was, tennou half-flew, half-bounded over to this "sven" fellow, whatever his real name may have been (because obviously he wasn't going to explain himself). "there is a group here, man," she said, wondering if the guy had gone woozy with the sudden shift of altitude. "hyperian isles. you here for anything, or are ya just gonna tell us your name?" it was nearly a mature thing for the girl to say, asking the question nearly without doing anything to make herself look bigger or more important. well, she did have to add one note of importance, whether the dude cared about it or not. "'m teddy million, by the way." her mommy's name did strike fear into some, after all.

    //dammb i missed sven ;0;

  • loud was alright, when it wasn't attached to kids like tennou. at least, that was spiritline's personal opinions on the matter. he could be rather loud and outgoing when he wanted, but he hoped his attitude wasn't as stunted as some other's were. hearing tennou along with another loud soul caused the vulpine to roll his eyes, but he approached nonetheless. hyperia was peaceful and rather conflict free, that was for sure. how long it would stay that way with the influx of in-your-face joiners was left to be seen.

    it seemed names were becoming more and more important, if this set of introductions was anything to go by. ebony paws carried him to tennou's side, and he eyed the girl briefly before looking towards the former solarian. "i'm guessing you're here to join," he starts. sven clearly wasn't an ambassador, judging by the lack of an identifiable scent on his pelt and his inability to name their group. so either he wanted to join the group he'd happened across, or he was here to cause some other kind of trouble. "i'm spiritline." a pause. "spiritline bandauher, a seeker here."

    bandauher. not a well-known name, but perhaps a scary one should it be recognized. after all, it did belong to a family of temperamental fighters and killers, and how he ended up in their ranks was nearly beyond him. then again, he wasn't exactly attempting to be scary. spiritline fancied himself to be a rather friendly guy, and he wouldn't be able to be as social as he was if he went around intimidating everyone he came across. he'd leave the fright-tactics for the battlefield.

    "speech."

    我会为这场悲剧负责 ——

  • ✦ ✧ ✦ After the two had approached, Aphrodite wasn't far behind. She was always out and about in the wilderness on her daily hunt for herbs and flowers, but she also just enjoyed greeting joiners or ambassadors that strayed to the border. She knew sometimes it was hard to navigate these islands after all, so she enjoyed being a helping paw. She bounces over next to Spiritline, playfully bumping her friend on the leg as she approaches. Her icy eyes then fall on the joiner, a bright smile blessing her maw. "Hello," She chirps delightfully, dipping her head. "I'm Aphrodite, but Aphy is fine. Deputy. What can we do for you?"
