Claire smiled and went back to work, helping the next customer.

Nicholas sat down at his usual spot drinking his coffee

Claire glanced at him between customers, smiling whenever they made eye contact.

Nicholas would smile back when they made eye contact and glanced at the clock

When it was time for her shift to end she clocked out and went to join him.

Nicholas smiled and reached over to take her hand. "Let's get going

Claire smiled happily, lacing their fingers together. “Okay.”

"Store first?" he asked walking out with her

“Would you bring me to work tomorrow?” Claire asked curiously.

Claire smiled happily, kissing his cheek. “Okay.”

"Maybe you can stay at my place tonight instead

Claire was a bit surprised but she nodded. “We can alternate who’s house we stay at.” She agreed happily.

"Tonight will be a nice time for us and I plan to take advantage of us being alone

Claire felt a blush begin to warm her cheeks. “Take advantage?”

"If you're up for a night like last night" he hinted reaching a hand over to her waist

Claire blushed a bit deeper, moving closer to him. “Oh, yes... of course I am.”
