    The young medicine cat looked up at Hollowstar "Acorn is doing great, though she (dunno the gender :/)seems to possibly have a cough." After that she quickly mentioned "Nothing as severe as greencough or whitecough though." She hadn't wanted to worry anyone by the mention of the young kits cough.

    The tom suddenly realized what this was about "Oh, I was most definitely wrong about this...." His shattered ice eyes still stared up at his noble leader, "I wonder how nice it must feel to be such a noble leader that everyone respects" He thought out loud with a slight smerk.


    Mosseye


    The tortie slightly jumped up in surprise, ah! Of course, why hadn't she realized that this is what the leader had wanted to talk about, I mean with so many new cats in camp, of course it needed to be mentioned! "Fernshde, do you think she's going to make them warriors?" She exclaimed

    The young cat sighed at the thought of new cats coming to bother him, for he had not always been sheltered away.."U-umm... Hollowstar.. I-I have something to say..." He stuttered, for he had not talked to anyone except his mentor. His voice was oddly scratchy and rough for a young cat.

    Muddypaw watched Hollowstar eagerly as she spoke about the new young kit during the meeting. Her tail lightly swished back and forth, her gaze moving over to Silentpaw as he lifted his voice up for the leader to hear him speak and she couldn't help but to wonder what he had to say to Hollowstar. She was a bit disheartened as Muddypaw assumed that Hollowstar would be making her fellow apprentices warriors this evening but it seemed in her eyes that she would just be announcing the new arrivals in the clan.

    Ooc: I am still trying to work out who Silentpaw's mentor will be. Sorry :)

    She nodded to the Medicine Cat. "That is good news. We all thank Starclan for keeping her well, and under the care of our ancestors and Branchfire with Adderpaw at her side, Acorn shall recover swiftly." Her attention was turned to Silentpaw, the leader's golden eyes flashing with shock. "If it can't wait, you may speak Silentpaw. We are all ears. Otherwise it can wait after the meeting. I have yet to finish, young one."



    Thrushbelly

    The tabby she-cat moved her green eyes to Silentpaw as she waited for him to speak.


    Fernshade

    The dusky brown she-cat looked over to her fellow queen. "I don't believe so. One of them is too young, and the others we are still uncertain of. Hollowstar wouldn't make loners become warriors without knowing if their hearts will lie with the clan." Her green eyes showed a kind of softness to them as she brushed her tail up against Mosseye's belly. "I'd think with you being so close to kitting, you wouldn't have so much energy." Fernshade giggled and looked back over to the clan.

    Lightstorm looked over to Muddypaw and sighed. He felt for the young she-cat and knew how much she wanted to become a warrior. But he also knew that she would be quick to pick up on the new responsibilities she would carry.


    Whisperpaw sighed and groaned as it seemed like the boring meeting was taking forever, even though it only just begun. XD


    Souleyes glanced over to Silentpaw and rolled his eyes. The black and silver tom directed his golden gaze them over to the loners who gathered to listen to the meeting. The three she-cats would find out soon enough if they could be one with the clan, or preferred to live life on their own.

    Silentpaw

    The young cat looked sincere " I- well it's not very much of a-an e-emergency.. b-but y-yesterday on p-patrol I scented s-some other cats.. probably about 6-7 i-in w-w-which c-crossed the border.. s-sorry to interrupt!" He looked sincere, "I uhm... I-Im sorry I didnt tell you earlier Ravenpaw, and everyone else for that sake....."


    Branchfire


    Her yellow eyes closed as she sighed..."Silentpaw.. now's not the time for that..... though this will be decided on how Hollowstar thinks of it..." The young cat just wanted to return to the medicine den and continue with the comfrey and borage.

    The senior apprentice looked at Silentpaw, "Hey! why didnt you say something....I get that you thought it wasn't much.. but-" The apprentice stopped as he saw his leader look at him.. "Sorry." He sat back down, forcing his sleek fur to lie flat



    Lavenderleaf


    "Young cats these days... always interrupting and butting in.." She muttered to herself, but just loud enough for a few cats to hear her. "Ill wait until Hollowstar decides.." She thought

    "That makes sense... though if they are possibly joining the clans, shouldn't they have warrior names and stuff? Like, Acorn being named Acornkit?" S he looked curious, her green eyes full of wonder. "I dunno though..

    Beastfur | Loner | 30moons

    Beastfur paced back and forth in a small circle. "Surely they can't have gone this long without sending a patrol out here?" She said to herself. "I know they seen and scented me. That would absolutely have put me on edge."


    Beastfur sat around for a few more moments, and reluctantly decided to delve deeper into Tawnyclan's territory. One way or another, she would meet with this clan face to face.

    She watched the Hollowstar turning to see the apprentice who wanted to speak with the leader, lightly rolling her eyes 'seriously now? not after of before the meeting?' she thought herself sighing. She listenedwhat he needed to say, starting to think about them 'what 6- 7 cats crossing our borders and nobody seeing nothing? hm interesting' she keep thinking, her eyes looking around the cats stopping to look at Adderpaw for a short moment.

    She keeped little distance to the clan cats, as she or they didn't know eachh others yet, blinking her eyes she looked over to the ginger she-cat there which was named as a Branchfire. The way Hollowstar speaked to the she-cat she figure out that she was likely the clan's medicine cat, sighing she then turend to the young Silver tom, who asked to speak with the clan leader, flicking her ears nervously when he metnioined the Group of cats crossing the borders.

    Speckledtail sat quietly listening to Hollowstar and then Branchfire as she reported on the kit that had been found. The speckled molly curled her tail lightly over her paws as she patiently waited for Hollowstar to continue before hearing Silentpaw speak up. She tilted her head lightly wondering what the apprentice wanted to say.

    Adderpaw

    Adderpaw listened to Branchfire’s report, his ears flicking slightly. She seemed confident even though the kit hasn’t even awaken yet, he thought though reminded himself that Branchfire had more experience than he did. His attention was distracted slightly as he felt a gaze on him, his duel colored eyes shifting until he noticed Butterflypaw looking at him. The sharp marked apprentice shifted his attention away shyly, getting to his paws. “I-I’ll go get those herbs now, Maggotjaw,” he stammered before getting to his paws rather clumsily to go to the medicine den.

    Nestle down in the warm nest that had been set up for her, Acorn slowly began to stir. The little white kit moved slowly, her head feeling like it was filled with feathers. She remained curled up and relished in the warmth for a moment, hardly worried about where she was just yet.

    With his eyes turned upwards to watch the leader, Mountainback became aware of how the sun seemed to glint off of her fur in a pretty manner. Did it always do that? He licked his nose briefly and tried to focus on her words again. Ah, the kit's name was Acorn? Cute. He hadn't seen her yet, but the warrior could still imagine a tiny ball of fluff curled up in the medicine den. Hopefully she was comfortable...

    His attention turned to Silentpaw instead, hearing the young tom apologize for having not informed everyone of a particular situation regarding rogues. He shifted over, putting a broad paw on the smaller cat, "Don't worry yourself. It will be handled in due time." Then Mountainback straightened himself back up, interested in Hollowstar's next words.


    "Speech."

    "I-I'm allowed to sit down there? But I'm not a member of your group?! It's not rude for me to be there, is it?" The young fela curled her tail nervously as Adderpaw walked away, seemingly distracted, "Oh, um... never mind..."

    Deciding to try, Maggotjaw slipped forwards, keeping her body low to the ground and hoping to stay out of sight from the main bulk of the clan. The last thing she wanted was to get in someone's way and be chased off again.

    Hollowstar bowed her tortoiseshell head in the coming sunset to the apprentice, the breeze slowly tugging at her fur. "Thank you Silentpaw for bringing this to my attention. I'll speak with you after." Turning her golden eyes towards her clan, she made her voice roar throughout. "With the growth of the clan continuing on with Mosseye." She purred towards the expecting queen, "We can welcome a new growth in a particular den. Tonight starts a new journey for three apprentices, who will earn their right to be called warriors for moons to come. Now, Kestrelpaw, Whisperpaw and Muddypaw... will you three join Souleyes at the bottom of the trunk?" She extended herself out as she stood proud and looked at the three apprentices. Her own kits and her own apprentice. Tears almost came to her eyes and she watched them approach the trunk, and one by one as she named them, they would join her up on the fallen tree trunk. " You three passed your assessments with such ease, and I have no doubt you will make fine warriors. As a part of Tawnyclan tradition, I must ask the following. Do you three pledge to serve the clan and protect your clanmates with your life?" -- "Do you promise to follow the path of Starclan and the Warrior Code?"-- "And lastly, are you three ready for such a responsibility?"

    Thrushbelly and Fernshade


    The two she-cats looked at each other with eager eyes. More warriors meant a stronger clan.

    Whisperpaw's jaw dropped as he slowly made his way towards his mother. The dark gray tom looked over to his sister and Muddypaw. We're really becoming warriors right now... Oh Starclan, is my father watching? Sparrowstar? His dark amber eyes looked from left to right as he lined up, glancing to Souleyes. The young tom couldn't help but feel a bit of annoyance as he realized he would be following under the deputy's orders. Unless... he could convince his mother to make him deputy instead. But he knew that wouldn't be possible. Looking up at his mother in the cloudy sunset, he meowed, "With honor and pride." To each question Hollowstar asked him.



    **Important Note: "With honor and pride." Is what every new apprentice and new warrior must say when they are receiving their new name. That's something Esveidy and I came up with the other night. Thought it would make us unique, rather than saying "I do" Atleast... I thought it was neat**

    Sakura watched from the shadows quietly. Her ears flicking as she listened to Hollowstar and the three apprentices ( soon to be warriors) give their pledge. She wasn’t sure how this was going to work... was she going to be called forward? What if everyone hated her? What if she froze up? What if... there were too many ‘what if’s’ blazed through her mind as she watched the meeting.


    Ooc: Sakura is totally possibly going to freeze up when her name is mentioned heh - also she won’t know the words very well so someone might have to give her a nudge

    Muddypaw was wide eyed when she heard Hollowstar call her name out with the slightly older apprentices, she grinned as she stepped forward. The brown apprentice glanced back at her mother and younger brothers before sitting down at the base of the trunk with the other apprentices and Souleyes. She looked over at Whisperpaw and Kestrelpaw before looking back up at the leader in pride "With honor and pride." she meowed. Muddypaw couldn't help but to feel her chest well up with emotion as she thought of whether or not she has made her father Brambletooth proud up in Starclan, she could only hope that he was watching her with a smile on his jaw.

    The she cat looked at her mother for a moment before her words completely sank in shaking her head she looked to her brother who jaw seemed to drop with the news. Padding forward she met her mothers gaze for a moment then replied with certainty "With honor and pride." to her questions. Looking at Whisperpaw once more her eyes shone with wonderment, though she knew she had been tested she had been uncertain she had passed until now. Her tail flicked back and forth with her excitement.

    “Muddypaw, step forward please.” She looked down at the chocolate tabby. “From this day on, you will be known as Muddystream among your fellow clan mates. It’s an honor to have you become a warrior at this time.” She pressed her muzzle against her forehead as she joined the leader upon the trunk.


    “Whisperpaw, step forward please.” Her eyes slowly filled with tears. “From this day on, you will be known as Whisperflame. It’s an honor to have you become a warrior at this time.” She pressed her muzzle against his forehead, and licked him softly as he joined her upon the trunk.


    “Kestrelpaw, my dear, step forward please.” A single tear fell from her eyes as she watched her daughter come forth. “From this day on, you will be known as Kestrelsong. It’s an honor to have you become a warrior at this time.” She pressed her muzzle against her forehead and licked her tenderly as she joined her upon the trunk.

    “And finally.... this naming ceremony isn’t don’t quiet yet. Speckledtail and Sakura, could you please step forward.” KagomeMoana   Summer Dream  

    Muddystream grinned at her new name and took a few steps backward after her now former mentor placed her muzzle on her forehead. She sat down among the other warriors, glancing in between Whisperflame and Kestrelsong as she listened to the meeting continue on. Her gaze shifted to Sakura and Speckletail, although she wasn't thrilled with outsiders being welcomed as clanmates so soon, she was too happy with becoming a warrior just moments earlier.

    Sakura blinked her wide eyes as her name was called and she slowly came forward, if a little wary of the other cats as she approached the leader. Only fully relaxing once close to the she cat that had been so kind to her. Her stunning eyes scanned until they landed on the other cat called forward, fear coursing through her veins as thoughts jumbled in her head- was that cat supposed to be her mentor? What if the warrior didn’t like her?

    The leader waited for a moment before taking another breath, “As a conclusion to this meeting. I’m going to give a worthy warrior the chance to mentor one of our newest members of the clan.” A warm smile and purr came from the fake coated leader. “Sakura, you will now be know as Sakurapaw until you receive your warrior name. I have chosen Speckledtail to mentor you, because I trust a warrior with her skill and wisdom to turn you into a fine warrior. Speckledtail and Sakurapaw, do you accept?”

    Whisperflame stood proud and took long strides to his mother, embracing her affection. As if his questions had been answered, he could see the starry pelt of his father in the sky above. Looking down at Sakura, he mouthed the words With honor and pride. He was determined to make a new friend, considering his mother was rather fond of her. She was a pretty she-cat as well... KagomeMoana


    Lightstorm watched the three new warriors and was about to start off the chant when he was startled by Hollowstar’s final ceremony. Already? A new apprentice? When he heard the mention of Speckledtail’s name, he grinned and brushed his tail along her back. His friend was finally getting her chance to have an apprentice. And having someone who knew little about clan life would be an excellent option for the calico. “Way to go!” He whispered excitedly to her. Summer Dream  


    Souleyes looked about and waited until he could shake himself before the Apprentice ceremony. “With honor and pride.” He muttered to Sakurapaw, without realizing Whisperflame had already mouthed the response to her. KagomeMoana
