After what seemed like forver, the ghost made panicked sqeauling noises as it was sucked into the poltergust, and as it was, the lights came back on in the room “I.. I did it...?”

Polterpup barked excitedly as he came back over to Spookington and Mario.
Mario activated the Dark-Light device on the pltergust, aiming it at the painting of Toad, which allowed the Toad to be freed from the painting

The toad grunted as he came flying out, hitting the ground head-first and rolling, stars in his eyes.
"Ooh..."

“Chadsworth!” Mario dashed over to the Toad, helping him up “Are you ok?”

He blinked quickly and looked up, smiling brightly.
"Mario!"

“Hi.” Mario said giving the Toad a quick hug, then said “Chadsworth, what were you doing all the way out here?”

He returned the hug then looked up to him.
"I was with the other toads and the princess, and then all of a sudden this boo showed up, a-and her crown started shining this weird purple..."

“Her crown? A female boo?” Mario asked, pretending to be surprised even though he knew what boo e was talking about

"Yea! Then another boo with a crown came and took the painting of the princess and Mario went after him, while she took the paintings of us toads..."
"Female boo..." Spookington murmured, eyes weak

“He took Luigi too...” Mariomurmured “I saw the painting he’s trapped in...”

(Just realised I meant Luigi, otherwise he's talking to Mario about Mario being kidnapped XD)
"Yea..."

“Oh Mario! You made it back! And with Chadsworth in tow.” The professor said looking to them
