  • of course! <3))

“I’m glad about that. These casts are just so heavy. I absolutely hate this. I’m stuck with these for months too I think. It literally makes me want to explode. I can’t even walk! Oh my god I might ha e a panic attack over this.” Alexander realized. He knew that this all was going to be quite hard for him. He wasn’t looking forward to this at all. A soft groan left his lips. He looked to him then with a gentle pout on his lips. It quickly turned to a smile. “I appreciate it. I would be sad if you just kind of threw me around.” He teased a little bit. He chuckled warmly at his comment. That hurt more than smiling. “That is all that matters. I think my parents might be upset with him if you had accidentally dropped me.” He spoke truthfully.

“Of course I like you. I realized that yesterday. When you interjected that one day to act like my boyfriend. Then you beat James up and I knew. You aren’t a rebound. I don’t do those sort of things.” He assured. He really did feel strongly towards Collin. He didn’t get this way easily either. It was hard for him to fall towards someone. “You won’t be the backup. I can promise you that.” He murmured. He waited for the other male to carefully move towards him. That fully the other male was close to his good side. He ma shed to lift his good arm up. He wrapped it around the other male. It hurt a little bit, but he enjoyed it. “That feels amazing. Thank you.” He whispered.

  • i don’t even remember falling asleep last night ^^’ i had to go back to work after being off since about 10am last wednesday and it sucks haha

Maybe... six to twelve weeks.” Collin had never broken anything but his fiends had and that was about how long some of them had had their casts and splints. “Please, no panic attack.” He smiled a little because he couldn’t blame Alexander for the way he was acting. If he were in his shoes, confined to a chair and a bed and only forty percent mobile, he would be having a panic attack. Maybe even two. Collin laughed when he mentioned his being thrown around. “I don’t know...”, he grinned slightly. “If you keep complaining, i’ll have to throw you down the stairs. Then how would you feel?” Collin would never have the heart to actually do that to someone, especially not Alexander when his leg was already broken. He couldn’t imagine hurting someone else and was amazed at how James had just put his hands on the other with ease. “I am not shamed to say that that guy - James - almost kicked my butt yesterday.” He nudged Alexander gently in hopes of getting a smile. “I know my face looks pretty bad.”

Two days ago I was sure I would be alone for the next year. Even when I went back home.” Collin smiled slightly. He had never had the need for a significant other, he could take care of himself. But it was nice having someone to lean on who cared for him and wanted to know how his day was. Collin was sure he had not been on the path to get any of that. “I don’t even know what came over me, I just don’t like to see someone treated like that.” Collin sighed heavily when Alexander put his arm around him. He still felt nervous but he was comfortable. He shifted closer so he could actually lay his head on Alexander’s shoulder. “I will move before your parents get back... It is a respect thing...” Collin didn’t want them to think he was shacking up with their son, especially with it being the first time they were left alone. He knew it wouldn’t look great if they came to see them lying all over each other. At least, not to Collin. “I think i would like to show them that i’m a... gentlemen, I think.” But for now, Collin relaxed against him and closed his eyes. The feeling was new but he liked it.

  • lmao same here

    oof that sucks :(

i have three soccer games this week and i am not looking forward to it at all))

Alexander gasped as he told him how long it could actually take. The nurses must’ve told his parents and not him. He groaned and muttered a few things at it. “I’m literally going to die Col. I will go insane having to wait that long being unable to do anything.” He told him truthfully. He didn’t even realize that he let the nickname slip. He hoped he would like it though. He cracked a smile at his comment. “I would feel even worse. Then I would complain even more. Checkmate.” He teased. He didn’t know if he would understand his reference, but he figured he could try it out anyways. Maybe he would like it. “I’m sure you made him look even worse though. I can’t wait to see pictures from when he goes to jail.” He hummed.

“I’m grateful you acted the way you did. You didn’t need to. I was being such a jerk to you originally. I’m just so glad that you have stuck with me through this all.” He murmured. He could feel the other male relaxing against him. His smile softened some, his gaze focused fully on the other male. “I’m sure they would appreciate that. They do really like you already though, I hope you realize that.” He commented. Something hit him then and his smile was replaced by a frown. “It is just going to suck when this year is over and you have to go home,” He realized. He shuddered at the thought of it now. He already felt an attachment towards him.

  • at least you get to stay in shape

maybe they’ll get rained out BECAUSE WE KNOW IT DOESNT SNOW WHERE WE LIVE

Col?” The little play on his name was unexpected but Collin liked it. No one had given him a pet name aside from his mother. Even then it had always been baby boy. From infancy until he had boarded the plane, baby boy was his name. A quiet hmph Left Collin and he smiled. “I can be here to keep you company. I don’t have a license in the states, I can’t go anywhere.” He had only gotten lucky that he hadn’t been pulled over by the cops the night before. He would have had a time explaining that. Even if he had though, Collin would still stick around the house. It was the only place he knew. “Maybe we’ll just keep you in the bed”, he said with a laugh. The word registered in his mind but Collin wasn’t much of a fan of chess so he only gave a smile. He could imagine having to explain to Alexander’s parents exactly why he had thrown there son down the stairs. He told me too probably wouldn’t have gone over good. That would have been just as bad as James coming back up. “He won’t come around here again. I’ll kill him.” Collin said it with a laugh but he didn’t know if he was really joking or not.

Its not like i have anywhere else to go.” Collin shrugged his shoulders. “I need to apologize for the way I acted yesterday. If i would have just done then what i’m doing now..”, Collin paused to curl his fingers into Alexander’s shirt. “This probably would not have happened.” He wasn’t taking full blame but Collin knew he could have prevented this. Or at the least, prolonged it. He nodded when he was told that the parents liked him. Collin could tell a little. “We’ll figure that out later.” He brushed off the subject of his leaving. Collin hadn’t even thought of it until now and if he was being honest, he didn’t want too. That should have been the first thing that Collin considered when he had seen Alexander. But he hadn’t. “We have a year.” A lot could happen in a years time but Collin hoped for the best. Who knows, when he left to go home, maybe Alexander would be with him, going to see his parents. You never know.

  • oof I can’t feel my fingers still ))

Alexander nodded his head at his comment at the nickname. “Yeah, Col. I thought that it sounded really good. I can not say it if you don’t like it though,” He assured. He didn’t seem to mind it any though. He was truly grateful for that. He liked to give people nicknames. “That’s true. Did you drive yourself home yesterday? I’m surprised you didn’t get pulled over.” He teased him a little bit. He knew the cops in this area were really strict about everything. He wasn’t complaining about it all though. He thought about his words and nodded. “Yeah. It might be best. This might be awkward, but can you help me shower later? I feel absolutely disgusting.” He admitted. He was really hoping that he wouldn’t mind.

“I know that you would.” He laughed gently in agreement. He shifted around a little bit to cuddle with him easier. It made him feel a lot better to do so and it was showing. He just needed that comfort that the other male was bringing him. “It is okay. I know that you were just upset about this all. I just threw that on you when you tried to help me out of the situation.” He reminded. He was staring up at the ceiling then. “We just need to think about it some. I don’t mean to ruin the moment, but for later on.” He murmured. He was sure that the other male was quite worried about that all too. He was hoping that things would work out well for them both later on to where they didn’t really need to worry about that too much.

  • that is one of the worst feelings!

no, it’s okay...” Collin gave a quick shake of his head. “I like it.” He really didn’t mind it. It would have been a different story had it came from James in the form of a sneer. He glanced over at Alexander when questioned of his coming home. “Uh, yeah...”, Collin chuckled softly and reopened his eyes. “I did. I don’t even know how I got home. I was just here eventually.” The anger and blackness in front of his eyes was a detail that wouldn’t hurt Alexander though. Collin wouldn’t tell him that. He was relieved that the other hadn’t even been conscious when the incident had taken place. “Shower?” The question caught Collin off guard and he lifted his head up to glance at Alexander briefly before laying it back on his shoulder. “Uh, yeah, if your parents don’t mind.” He didn’t have an issue helping, he had helped his grandmother when she was sick so it wasn’t a new task. Back home, Collin wouldn’t have asked anyone’s opinion on whether it was okay or not but because of what had already happened and he was technically just a guest, he would feel better if he asked. Or if Alexander asked.

Yeah.” Collin was still confused as to why Alexander had gone back so easily, but he wasn’t going to ask. It didn’t matter. Collin moved his arm further around him, this time sliding his hand under the curve of Alexander’s side. He was careful not press on him any, especially with his ribs busted up the way they were. Collin didn’t say anything else. The subject of his leaving was on his mind now and it already filled him with dread. It was a long time away but he knew that when he began enjoying himself, it would come on faster than he wanted it too. That meant his leaving the states, this house, Mary and Edward and most importantly, Alexander. How have two days allowed me like him this much? Collin let his eyes close again and he relaxed with him in the quietness of the room. It didn’t last long however, because he soon heard the faint slamming of a car door. Collin sighed heavily before pulling himself away, ducking down under Alexander’s arm before he sat up. A sleepy look was on his face. “The food is here”, he said quietly. “Do you want me to bring it up here or take you downstairs?” Collin smiled slightly and reached to move Alexander’s hair from his face. “I can do whichever you want.”

  • tomorrow is probably of going to be just as bad cx))

Alexander was quite relieved to hear that the other male didn’t mind it at all. It had really worried him some. He knew that James never liked nicknames. it was such a nice change with the other male. “I’m glad.” He confessed. He was watching him with happy eyes. “I’m glad that you didn’t crash or get pulled over. Either one would be really bad. I don’t really want for anything to happen to you. You already mean too much to me.” He confessed with a chuckle. He nodded his head a little bit when the other male asked about the shower. “I don’t think they would. They would really awkward helping me shower.” He spoke truthfully. He was really happy that the other male was so willing to help him out. It was showing on his expression too.

If the other male wanted him to explain , he more than gladly would. It would be a long story to explain to him, if he would. It would make him feel better to probably know. He appreciated the way that he didn’t press on his body more than he was. His hold was comfortable enough. It want too long until he heard his parents coming into the house. His stomach growled at the exact same time. His eyes widened and he looked towards the door. “I don’t want you to have to carry me down and then carry me back up. It will make things easier for the both of us if you bring it up here,” He paused for a second, his smile growing as he brushed his hair back. “Thank you so much Col.” He whispered.

  • i think the low tomorrow is in the 40’s xD

I’ll help you.” Collin gave him an assuring smile before he stood from the bed. He stretched, his arms and fingers extending up until a soft groan sounded. He straightened his glasses then his hair encore opening the door. “I should have been pulled over after the way I was driving. Could you imagine me calling my mom? Hey mum, ive been here two days and i’ve gotten pulled over and a ticket.” He laughed because he could imagine her reaction. “Maybe i can get her through the computer, like skype later and you can meet her. if you want. she’ll probably ask what happened to you.” They had exchanged a few text messages but Collin hadn’t told her of anything regarding James or Collin resulting actions. She didn’t know he had pretended to be his boyfriend and she definitely didn’t know he had beaten the man to a pulp. “I... when i text her earlier, i told her a little about you. that i liked you”, he smiled slightly. “she was excited, she wanted to meet you.” Collin, while he pulled his hand away from Alexander’s soft hair, had the urge to kiss his forehead. A simple, meaningful gesture but he didn’t. Clearing his throat, he gave him a nod.

You can rest in the bed. I’ll bring it back.” Collin held his gaze for a moment before he left the room, leaving the door open behind him. He hurried down the stairs and into the kitchen where Edward and Mary were. They were pulling the food from the bags. “Alexander wants to stay up there and eat”, he explained quietly. Edward gave him a smile before pushing two boxes towards him, the box of garlic bread piled on top. There were two drinks too. “Just try not to spill anything. We’ll be up to check on him after we eat.” Edward felt like his son was safe with Collin. Collin smiled and bundled everything up in his arms and made his way carefully back upstairs. He had decided to leave the question of helping him shower for Alexander to ask. Collin went into the room with a grin. “Here we are.” He laid everything down on the dresser before pulling one of the boxes and garlic breads for Alexander. He laid them out open on the nightstand by the bed. He sat the drink next to them. “Need anything?” Collin wouldn’t sit down and eat until Alexander was situated.

  • the low here is in the forties too ugh))

“You have no clue how much I appreciate that. Words can’t say how grateful I am that you are here.” Alexander spoke softly. He was hoping that the two would continue to get along as well as they were. It would only make life a lot easier for them. “I’m sure she would be so surprised. That would be an awkward phone call. But I’m sure she would understand if you explained what all happened to her.” He tried to justify. He was still smiling weakly over at him. The mention of the other male Skyping her was actually one he really liked. It showed on his expression too. “I would love to meet her. She raised a great son.” He complimented. He made a mental note to definitely tell her that.

He watched as he left the room, a soft sigh leaving his lips. He began to move around to try and get himself more comfortable. He knew he would have to sit up in the bed if he wanted to eat. It would be really hard with one hand and a few broken ribs. He looked back to him as he came in with all of the food. It smelled absolutely amazing and he couldn’t wait to eat. It showed on his expression. “No, I think I’m good. Thank you so much Collin. I’m excited for you to try this place. I think you will love it.” He admitted. He moved to carefully get himself sitting up then. He let out a few bodies of pain, but it worked. He carefully reached for the food then.

  • it was 29 degrees this morning when i went across the parking lot. so i have to walk all the way across to get into where i need too that early (because only my badge can let me in before 6am) and all the lights in the parking lot were off. everything was black and i’m just strolling like

if someone attacked me, i could sue this hospital and get money and not have to work o:

Mom won’t be so keen on me putting him in the emergency room though.” Collin smiled a little and ran his fingers through his hair. “Shes, i guess, nonviolent. But if she knew what was going on, with the gun and James, i think she would understand. But then she would be worried out of her mind and want me to come home right now.” He knew his mother almost as well as his father did. She was a worry wart. “And if she sees the way my face looks; these bruises, my busted lip... she’ll catch a plane here herself, scold you for not taking care of me, and make me leave.” He laughed and gave Alexander a shrug. “You know how moms are. Maybe I don’t need to call her until my face clears...” He gave Alexander a small when he said he would tell her what a good guy she raised but Collin didn’t say anything. He knew his mother - his dad too - would like Collin. He didn’t know how they would react to him crushing on someone so soon, especially an america of all people, but Collin knew that as soon as they spoke to Alexander, they would like him.

Collin nodded but didn’t make a move for his food, not yet. He stayed by Alexander’s side of the bed, his hand outstretched to help if he were needed. But Alexander got himself sitting without any help and Collin only went to his food when he were done. Taking the box and bread, Collin went around to the other side of the bed and sat, careful not to spill any of the pasta and chicken on the comforter. he slid close to Alexander, almost to the middle. He sat his drink between his knees so he wouldn’t have to stretch down into the floor to pick it up. Collin took a few bites. His eyes widened in surprise at the way it tasted. He couldn’t explain it but it definitely didn’t taste like he had thought: they were told back home that america’s almost ate pure grease That was why they were so overweight. “This is really good...” Collin slurped a noodle up and looked at Alexander.

  • omg that is crazy))

“I think that she would at least understand why you did it. James had really gotten to be terrible with this all. I can’t believe that he had a gun on him, especially in a hospital. It is terrible. I’m just glad that things are better now though. We didn’t really deserve to go through all of that, especially you.” Alexander spoke truthfully. The mention of the the bruise and how she wouldn’t like it made him bite his bottom lip. “Well we could just normally call her instead of FaceTime her. That way we can still talk to her and I can meet her some.” He suggested. He would be really excited to meet her. He was sure that she would be super sweet. He knew that Collin would most likely have to translate it for him. He was smiling some as he waited for his response.

He picked up his work and began to eat. It was easy to see that he had missed this restaurant. Their food was just so good. It was the best Italian place in the city. He glanced over at the other male as he took a bite of his own chicken breast. A soft hum left his lips as he did so. “I’m glad you like it. It is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. It is one of the best in the city too. We can eat here more often, especially when I get healed.” He commented. He took a sip from his cup and began to eat again. It was easy to see just how much he loved it.

  • I guess. She’s always seen me as a nonviolent person.” Collin shrugged a bit. “It would probably come as a shock but I guess if she knew why, then she would be a little more understanding. Your mom reminds me of her.” He glanced over at Alexander when he suggested that they call rather than do any kind of video chat. How hadn’t he thought of that? He hit me too hard. Scrambled my mind. Collin cleared his throat before he gave a nod. “We could do that. But with the time difference... I think we would need to call her around eleven or twelve, here... i think it’ll be morning for her.” He wasn’t sure though because Collin wasn’t the best with time zones. It had been a big debate on what time he needed to board the plane in France to arrive at the american airport like he had. “But we can do that. She would like it too, but she’ll probably tell you that you sound funny; or she would tell me. We could always try to video chat once my face clears up some.” Collin didn’t want to lie to her and tell her nothing had happened because it would eventually come out.

Collin cut up the chicken in small pieces and mixed it together with the paste so it was all stirred in with the sauce. He didn’t get into it then though. He reached for the bread that had came with him meal and tore a pice off. Collin ran it through the sauce and popped it into his mouth. Bread sticks with sauce - usually alfredo - were his favorites back home. His mother had made it a habit to have all of the items in the house in case Collin had ever wanted a snack. He was amazed that he didn’t weigh a ton with amount of bread he stuffed into his body. He chewed and swallowed it fully before reached for the styrofoam cup he held pressed between his knees. Collin took a sip before glancing back over at Alexander. “Maybe we can go there again when you can use the crutches.” Collin remembered where he had left them propped up behind the front door downstairs. It would have to be after Alexander’s wrist had healed inside but it wouldn’t take as long as his leg would. “Maybe you can show me around town too, once you’re better.”

  • Alexander listened curiously as he spoke, a bit surprised to hear that. “Really? The two would probably get along then. I wonder if they actually have ever talked over the phone before. Well I’m sure that they did. My brain just isn’t working anymore. I feel like I got hammered on for a long time.” He knew that it was true. He had gotten into a really bad car accident. He wished that he never had. It would’ve made things a lot easier for him if he hadn’t. He nodded his head slightly at his words. “That sounds like a good plan. I just don’t want to fall asleep on accident. If I do, just wake me up when you call her.” He spoke softly. The mention of calling her when they both were healed sounded really good to him. He smiled some. “That works for me. I think that it will be nice to see what she looks like fully and all.” He mumbled.

He continued to eat then, making sure that he grabbed enough bread. He really loved the garlic bread. While everything else was really good, it was one of his favorite things. He twirled his pasta around his fork and he continued to eat then. “This chicken tastes fantastic. This is better than I have had in a long time.” He murmured. It was easy to see that he looked to be quite content at the current moment in time. Some of that was the food and some of that was the closeness that Collin was to him. His suggestion made him perk up. “I would absolutely love that. I would love to show you around downtown too. Maybe we could even go hiking. The mountains are beautiful here.” He gushed. He couldn’t help himself any. He was much happier.

  • I know they talked when it was arranged that i would be coming here.” If there had been further conversation between the two, Collin didn’t know of it. He nodded when Alexander said he had gotten ‘hammered’. That was more of an understatement versus the truth; Alexander hadn’t seen himself crushed in the car, in the emergency room or even in his room on the floor when they had wheeled him up. But Collin had and the word hammered didn’t quite compare. “If you fall asleep, it’s fine. There’s always tomorrow or when you wake up. We’ll figure out the time situation.” Collin wouldn’t ask Alexander to stay up just to talk to his mom. They weren’t dating, it wasn’t a necessity. But he did want him to meet her, even if it was just with a verbal conversation. Collin didn’t even know if their mothers had talked about Alexander when they had talked of Collin’s staying when it had been arranged. “Mum probably thinks i’m here alone. Like the only child, you know?” He smiled a little bit. “I’m glad i didn’t though. I would rather have someone here than not. Even if that someone hated me a day ago.”

Collin gave him a teasing smile. The change in Alexander was miraculous, to say the least, and while he wished it would have come under different circumstances, he would take it as it came. “I tried to look online at some of the towns here, america i guess, but it kept picking things up in california and the big places. I gave up after a while.” Collin wouldn’t tell Alexander that he hadn’t tried all that hard and had given up after about ten minutes. He bent back down to the food and slurped a load of pasta from the plastic fork. “Hiking sounds good”, Collin mumbled when he glanced up. His mouth was still full. He chewed slowly and swallowed slower. It was a drastic change from the pasta and sauce they had back home, though it was still good. It just wasn’t the same. You’re also halfway across the world... Collin had to remind himself that he was tucked into his room at home. Of course everything would taste different here. Because it was different. Collin made a quiet noise to himself before he glanced back to Alexander. “Maybe a picnic in the mountains. Because, you know, the mountains are nice.”

  • Alexander listened as he spoke, smiling some. “I’ll make sure to ask her. I definitely am curious to know her impression of her. I’m sure that she loved her. I only hope that she likes me. If she doesn’t, I will be quite sad. After all I really like you and I want her to like me. I guess it is an approval thing, you know?” He asked gently. It was easy to see that he had feelings blossoming for the other male. As for him being in the car crash, if he knew what he had looked like he would’ve been shocked. He knew that it was bad. The nurses had told him that. It seemed like if he had been just a small bit closer to the truck in front of him, the semi slamming into him from behind would’ve killed him. He shuddered slightly at the mere thought of the car crash. It was enough to haunt him for a long time. “Okay. I’ll probably pass out after I eat. I can’t believe how tired I am. I think it is just the medicine that they are giving me though.” He rambled his words out.

“You probably would’ve gotten super spoiled by my parents if you were here as an only child.” He spoke with a weak laugh. He winced once more as he did so. He always seemed to forget that it really hurt to do that. “There is this really cute town in the mil twins j can show you. I just know you will love it.” He confessed. He glanced to the other male after he spoke. He then got back to eating. It didn’t take him too long to finish eating the pasta and the bread that he had. He looked quite content at the current moment. “Then we will go hiking and we will definitely have a picnic. You will have to let me know what type of sandwiches and stuff you like. I will make a nice little basket of it for you.” He informed. He put his container off to the side and shifted to lay down once again. That was quicker then sitting up, thankfully. He pulled the blanket higher over him as well. “Is it cold in here to you?”

  • My mum will love you.” Collin gave him a smile. “I know my mother better than anyone and I know she’ll love you. She might like you more than she likes me.” Collin wasn’t worried in the slightest about whether either of his parents would approve of Alexander. He knew they would adore him, even his dad. It had taken a little bit for the man to get accustomed to his sons sexuality but once it had set in, he had done his best to help set his son up with every slightly attractive male he saw. Collin smiled fondly. He missed them both. “They’ll both love you, don’t worry”, Collin said again before he took another bite from his fork. As he ate, Collin reached and placed a comforting hand on Alexander’s leg, withdrawing it after a few seconds. “I think you’re tired because of the impact of the wreck”, he replied quietly. “You should rest. I’ll clean all of this up when you’re done and i’ll, uh, put my number in your phone... You can text me when you wake up so you don’t have to yell.” Collin gave him a small smile. His cheeks were bright pink.

I would pick being here with you and your parents rather than being spoiled. You keep me on my toes.” Collin met his gaze with a smile and went back to eating, only get a few bites of chicken and pasta in. He managed to stuff a small piece of bread into his mouth before Alexander began speaking again, this time agreeing to his idea of a picnic. “I look forward to it... I can make the desserts”, Collin mumbled through a mouthful. He was quiet then so he could finish eating. When Collin had emptied his place and the cup that held his drink, he gathered his empty container, placing it on top of Alexander’s before he stood and placed them both on the dresser. Collin would throw them away when he went back downstairs. He was moving back to the bed when Alex after spoke again. “Cold?” With them talking, Collin hadn’t given thought to the temperature. Now as he waited, Collin could tell the air was cooler. “Hold on.” Collin left the room and went into his own. He returned with his blanket. “Here you go.” Fanning it out, Collin drapes it over Alexander, adjusting the sides as he did. He smiled before crawling back around and shifting closer to him. “Do you want me to stay with you?” He spoke in quiet voice, as if he were trying to prevent someone from hearing. But Collin smiled and moved closer until there was virtually no room between them. “I... Would like to stay...”, Collin added.

  • Alexander watched him with soft eyes, hoping his words were true. He really just wanted for their first impressions to be good. He had never met someone like that before. Sure he had met James’ parents, but they probably weren’t anywhere near like what Collin’s parents probably were. “Really? I doubt she would like me more than you. I really am excited though. Well, I’m excited and nervous. I don’t know why I’m so nervous. I should just be more excited.” He rambled out a little bit. His feelings were easy to see then. “I really hope so. I want them to like me. I like you a lot after all.” He added on. He relaxed more as the other male placed a hand onto his leg. It made him feel better than he could say. “You really are too sweet. I don’t know what I would do without you and it has only been a few days.” He mumbled.

“Do I really? I don’t mean to all the time.” He took that as a somewhat bad thing.” He apologized a little bit. He just hoped that the other male didn’t mean it in a bad way. He knew that this was a lot for the first couple of days of being in America. “I can’t wait. That will be one of the first things that we will do when I get healed.” He added. He was already planning it in his mind. He was sure that it would be really romantic. It made his cheeks heat up a little bit at the thought of it. He nodded his head slightly, widening some. He watched as he rushed out and brought the extra blanket back. “That already helps so much. Thank you.” He confessed. His blush darkened some when he asked if he could stay. “Of course you can. I would love for you to stay.” He murmured.

  • Collin could see that Alexander got attached and developed feelings very easily. Maybe that is why he could not leave James. Knowing it was best not to press the subject, Collin smiled. “It is okay to be nervous. But she will like you, I promise. Dad will too. He will probably demand that you tell him if I ever treat you wrong.” Collin had no intentions of doing so though. And after the conversation, he knew they would want to speak with him alone to discuss his intentions with an american that he would be leaving in a year. Collin didn’t want to have that conversation with anyone anytime soon. “You would probably be sleeping peacefully without a cast or small cuts on your face. And my face wouldn’t be a train wreck. And James wouldn’t be in the emergency room. Or wherever he is.” Collin laughed quietly. “Now look what i’ve done. You’re in a cast, James probably still can’t see past his nose. And i look like i lost a fight. But somehow, it’s comforting.” He gave Alexander a wide smile and almost reached out for him again but Collin refrained from doing so.

I meant that as in interesting, exciting.” Collin corrected himself quickly and gave Alexander a reassuring smile. You... fascinate me in a way I can’t explain. But it is good.” He listened to the other speak, turning on his side to listen as he did. Alexander really did get and keep his attention more than anyone else ever had. He could have laid there and listened to him all night. “We’ll make it a date”, Collin finally laughed softly. That sounded plenty good to him and he could already imagine it in his mind, even though he had no clue how the mountains here looked. Collin almost squirmed with delight when Alexander said he didn’t have to leave. He scooted carefully until he was pressed into Alexander’s side. “Good, I didn’t want to leave...”, Collin said softly. He shifted higher up in the bed before sliding his arm under to blanket and letting it rest across his chest. He ached to tug Alexander to his chest and hold him but Collin would settle for the best he could. And right now, that was just being close to him. “Let me know if I hurt you...”, Collin whispered. He rested his head on the pillow, letting it lean against Alexander’s.

//finally some cute fluff between them yes

  • I KNOW I AM HAPPY!!))

Alexander couldn’t help the way that he got starched. He just seemed to fall so hard for people that were so nice to him, especially ones that were so sweet and attractive. Collin bit all of the boxes that he could want. He just hoped that he wouldn’t push the other male away any. He didn’t want that at all. He really just wanted to be close to him and get to know him better. He chuckled gently at his words. “They already sound amazing. I can’t wait to meet them. I know I have said this before, but they did a great job raising you. You are such an amazing person.” He murmured. His next words made his eyes widen. “I would probably be back with James. He had come by, remember? You were the one who managed to get him away from me.” He reminded.

He let out a sigh of relief at his words. He nodded a little then. “Okay. I’m glad. You really did have me concerned for a little bit.” He spoke truthfully. He lightly judged him in a teasing way. His next comment made him feel even better. “It’s a date then. I really am excited for it already. There is so much for us to see and do. I have a lot to show you.” He gushed once more. That was before the other male spoke again and shifted to hold him. He leaned into him happily. “I didn’t want you to leave. You keep me so happy and warm already. I really appreciate you wanting to be with me,” He paused, shifting a little bit to get more comfortable,” You aren’t hurting me, I promise.” He murmured. He closed his eyes then. He soon managed to fall asleep.

“Right, right. I am trying not to think about him.” Collin smiled slightly. Alexander was right though because if hadn’t been in the house, Alexander would still be twisted into the situation that Collin had managed to get him out of, for now anyways. “But we’ll never know, will we?” Hopefully, it would stay that way. The smile on his face widened some when Alexander complimented the way he had been raised. “I suppose they did”, Collin murmured in a quite tone. He didn’t feel as if he were anything special. Collin had tried to be like his dad as best he could, and that meant treating everyone with respect - except those who didn’t deserve it - and to care for others. And that was what he tried to do. Collin thought back to his parents before he looked back to Alexander. “I think I could say the same to your mom and dad. I think you’re something special.” That was the best he could for now when it came to explaining what Alexander looked like to him. “Something very special.” Collin let himself relax into the soft bed then, looking over at the other when he spoke again.

Collin knew his parents would tell them that things were moving too fast. What people laid in each others arms after barely two days of knowing one another? ‘I suppose we do’ was what he would have responded with. But Collin felt okay with that. “Don’t worry. You’ve got me hooked. So what’s gonna happen next?”, he asked with a teasing voice. “I can’t wait to see what the rest of this place looks like.” Collin wasn’t tired but he didn’t care; he planned to stay here until Alexander was ready to get up. “I’ll be here. If you need anything, a blanket or whatever, just let me know. I’ll get it. And... you are pretty warm.” When the other drifted off to sleep, Collin just lies there, eyes closed and enjoying the feeling of Alexander against him. At some point he dozed off just because he was comfortable but somewhere between, when he opened his eyes, he swore he had seen Edward and Mary peering around the edge of the doorway at them.
