-- the first thing one would notice about asphodel is his abnormally tall height. he towers above most cats his age, gifted from birth with long limbs. what this tom lacks is muscle. he's slender and skinny, his frame more akin to that of a spindly walking stick than a feline. a long, thick coat of silky fur shrouds his svelte proportions, always groomed to perfection. the color of his fur is mainly that of a crystalline silvery white, shaded with reddish cream on his face, back, legs, and tail and embellished with dark red tabby markings in those exact same places. his slanted almond eyes are a yellow-tinted orange hue.

-- the most prominent of asphodel's traits are his devout worshipping of starclan and fanatical following of the warrior code. this kid practically eats, sleeps and breathes the code. god forbid if anyone ever questions their warrior ancestors or disobeys the code, because asphodel would be quick to jump on them for doing/saying such blasphemous things. he's also one to believe in fate and destiny, that starclan had his life planned out and is guiding his every action. another trait of his would be his moodiness. he suffers from mood swings like no other, easily switching between two extremes at the drop of a hat. he puts his emotions on display for everyone to see, and they are often displayed in a dramatic, overzealous fashion. he has quite an ego as well; believing that he's destined to become leader of the clan one day. he's self-assured, a trait that will get him into trouble when he overestimates his abilities. but for what it's worth, asphodel does care immensely for his family and clan. he'd do practically anything for them, and he wants what's best for them.
