Lexi Edwards
The blonde huffed at the stereotype, frankly he was correct but she wasn’t going to give him anymore of an ego boost, and furrowed her brow in confusion as he told her to stop doing something. She really wasn’t sure what he was on about and he had moved quickly on before she could question him. It was such a cliché but Lexi’s heart couldn’t help but skip a beat as he called her pretty. Mildly annoyed at herself for being that easily charmed, she rolled her eyes at him. She had been correct, he wasn’t used to being rejected and why would he be? He was clearly handsome and wealthy and most likely came from some small southern town where he had been the golden boy that all the girls fawned over. The offer of a drunk, though he probably had more in mind, piqued her interest. Maybe if she just had one with him, he would give and they would both be able to go their separate ways. She was shocked as he guessed her rule – was she that easy to read?
Lexi was quite for awhile as she weighed her choices but his correct guess of her golden rule shocked – Was she that easy to read?- enough to accept his offer, almost as if to prove him wrong. “Alright, fine!” She sighed deeply, throwing her hands in the air in exasperation, “Fine. One drink. And I mean it. One drink.” There was a warning to her tone and despite her annoyed expression, she felt excitement at the prospect of being around him a little longer. Even if he did annoy the hell out of her. “I’ll go get my stuff. Just..stay here.”
