Valeria had been asked to come see Asher again, and of course she accepted. The girl had been walking down the hallway, headed for Asher's dorm when a larger male came up and pinned her with a twisted smile. "So, you know about us now, eh? Not for long." He says, then immediately leaning forward and biting down on her neck. She lets out a small cry of pain at how roughly he'd bitten down as she starts trying to get away from the vampire. She only just barely makes it away from him, suffering a gash across her neck. She keeps a hand over it as she tries to run away from the vampire. She falls just a few feet from Asher's dorm and lets out a cry as the vampire is right on top of her again. "Now, now, stop running and this won't be so bad." He coos, leaning forward again. "Asher!" Valeria calls out, hoping the male could hear her.

Asher swings the door open to see the other vampire is pinning her down. He growls, “The hell?!”

//Yes. In many stories, vampires are territorial, so therefore, Asher would know every vampire in the school.
The vampire looks up and smiles twistedly. "Just getting rid of one who knows about us." He says nocholantly, then leaning in to try biting Valeria again.

Asher growls and lunges forward, grabbing his arm and yanking him to the floor, “Leave her alone.”

The vampire yells as he's yanked to the floor and then growls. "Why? You know we kill any humans who find out about us."
Valeria shrinks away, whimpering slightly. She keeps her hand firmly planted over her neck, though it doesn't help much as the blood from her gash starts to leak from under her hand and down onto her chest and clothes.

Asher’s expression darkens, “This is different.” He offers her a hand, “C’mon Valeria.”

The vampire growls. "protect her all you want, I will get her, then you're next." He says, then walking away.
Valeria takes Asher's hand with her free hand and shrinks close to him as she watches the vampire walk away.

Asher looks to her neck, “C’mon, let’s see if I can get that fixed.” He leads her into his dorm.

Valeria follows Asher closely and only removes her hand once inside the dorm with the door closed.

Asher looks her up and down and helps ease her to sit on the couch next to him, he starts taking out some sort of first aid kit.

Valeria can't stop thinking about the vampire's last words. 'Then you're next.' He'd been talking to Asher. Was it possible she'd put him in danger now?

Asher notices her thinking and absentmindedly puts his hand on hers, “Are you okay? It looks like you’ve got something on your mind.”

Valeria seems almost as if she's been snapped out of a trance and blinks a few times, looking to Asher. "U-Uhm, yeah...I just, I can't stop thinking about what that guy said....he's going to come after you."

Asher frowns slightly and lightly traces his fingers over hers, “Don’t worry about that. I know how to defend myself. I’m more worried about you.”

Valeria nods slightly. "Okay." Her voice is shaky and quiet, a mix of not actually believing that she shouldn't worry about Asher and being weak from nearly being drained by that other vampire.

Asher gives her a sidelong look for a moment and then wraps an arm around her, pulling her against him.
