hi there! so i've been on this site for about.... forever, at this point, and i've always eyed the main game. i tried joining it around this time last year but still wasn't really sure how to get started, specifically in terms of really just... getting started as well as reaching out in the main game's community, etc etc. which i'm so sorry if somebody's already asked this, i stalked the help board a little bit but hadn't seen anything on it but i also only looked at titles so i might have just skipped over one !! and honestly, any and all advice towards the main game is helpful - i've looked over trad's stuff for what feels like the better half of a decade at this point but i'm kinda a newbie in terms of it and will take all of the help i can get.

i remember being in the same position! i started with the traditional portion, but am now mostly in agrelos.
traditional is basically like the warriors books in terms of how you’d play out your character. only things that have happened in the books can happen in our traditional world, so this would include things like human curses or knowledge of human things if that makes sense.
as for agrelos, there’s a lot more freedoms involved there. you can play almost any animal you’d like (living or extinct) with some restrictions. many of the groups are either proclan, neutral, or anticlan which basically tells you how peaceful (if at all) the clan is. proclans are the ones who don’t do fighting or captures of other characters like the anticlans would. proclans are usually more laidback and want to keep the peace from my knowledge. neutral clans as far as i’d describe them are the clans who aren’t 100% peaceful or 100% focused on war, but will typically lean one way or the other.

alate. - yes !!! i feel like it's a right of passage when coming into traditional, we all eye it and then decide to just jump in adfskljh.
but that's what i thought !! i'll admit, i'm a little more comfortable with traditional atm - agrelos looks so, soooo cool and is something i've looked into, too, i'm just a bit nervous as i don't know the overall lore as much as i would warriors and always like to jump into things having some sort of knowledge on it all. the proclan/neutral/anticlan thing is extremely interesting to me though, so i definitely wanna get into that when i just.... know more.
i'm definitely going to take you up on pming you about it, though fsjalkjdbhg. if at any point, it becomes annoying, pls just.... lmk but i don't wanna spam the help thread with 1000000 questions and would LOVE to talk to you about those family ideas, too, 'cause that definitely sounds pretty cool ;)

i know uve already changed the title to answered and such but!! ive played in extended for around 5 years at this point and i would LOVE to help out with any questions you have oml!! if u need help with powers, descriptions of clans that are easier to take in than lengthy guides, lore, or anything else, im here 4 you oml <3 plus i just like talking so feel free to spam my pms if u want
(also not to plug anything but ive got a more basic, "traditional" character who's in need of some family, so if u wanna join agrelos with a character that might be a lil more in ur comfort zone but that still has more connections than something 100% blankslate,, i gotchu)
