  • This was long overdue, he knew. Guild meetings were things that were held regularly, especially in the commune guild. Though for the medicine guild, it was something that had been lacking overall. Of course, before hand, they had fewer members who worked within the guild -- and for the longest time it had been just him and Sangria -- but as the clan was growing, their numbers were, as well. And even if it weren't for their growing numbers, Claes knew that nevertheless that, as a team and as a clan, they needed to communicate, needed to move forwards with what they were doing in order to help the clan more, and make sure that everyone was well-informed in what was going on. And so, while it was something that he hadn't been the best at keeping track of, it was something that he knew needed to be done, especially in times of brief peace before things got hard again.

With a deep inhale, Claes sat within the medical hut, looking over papers and getting stuff organized both on his desk, and within his mind as he prepared to host their little gathering. There wasn't much to do or be said, actually, but there were things that were important for all of them when it came to other clans, as well as training and activities that he needed to cover and get done, so that they would all be prepared when it was needed. So, gathering all of his things and making sure that all was set up to be as efficient as possible, Claes would step out of the hut for a moment -- just outside the door -- and prep himself to call those in the guild over. Taking in a sharp breath, the Andean fox's gaze would flick around, searching for any of the familiar faces, before calling out. "Anyone in the medical guild, please gather for a little meeting!" Claes would yip out, voice louder than his usual tones, in hopes of getting those who weren't particularly close's attention. He tried his best to keep the slight nerves within his voice out, but being that he had never heard of a medical guild meeting within the clan -- was there even supposed to be medical guild meetings? he wasn't sure -- there was a bit of uncertainty within him, nonetheless. But he'd carry on, anyhow. With that being said, the vulpine would wait for a moment outside of the door.

For a moment, he debating on whether he should hold it inside, or outside, though being the temperatures weren't all-too-hot, the Healinghand decided to remain where he was. That way, in case someone who had heard the call didn't know where it had come from, would find it easier. That, and gathering outside just seemed more pleasant, weather permitting. So, after waiting a bit and watching some arrive, Claes would take a seat, tail curling around his side as he began. "Alright. I know we've never done a meeting like this before, but I wanted to get you all together to let you know about some things," the Go Deo would begin, a smile curling upon his lips as a bit more confidence ebbed up within him. "First thing, I would like to let you all know that we'll be attending the September meeting for healers," Claes would pause for a moment, before continuing, "It's taking place in the Isle of Silver Sands, and I'd love for you all to come if you wish to. It's a neutral place, and I think it'll be good for everyone to meet the other medics from others clans. I'll be heading there after this little meeting, so if any of you would like to join, let me know and we can travel together," Claes would add, hopeful gaze flicking over those in attendance. It was a but of a travel, so he would understand if others would prefer not to go.. plus, if they heard of what happened last time it might be a situation they'd avoid, but nevertheless he was hopeful that they would like to come. Though if not, he would be okay with going alone, and he would relay any new information to them if needed.

Taking in another breath before continuing, the vulpine would give a thoughtful look, as he went over what else needed to be said. "Next thing is, that I'll be setting up a few public training sessions for everyone in the clan, but also for you all. I don't want everyone learning from just books, so I'll be getting small lesson out to help, so be on the lookout for it," Claes would add quietly. "But on the note of training, I would also like to do a one-on-one lesson with any who prefer to learn that way," the Healinghand would offer, "So if you're interested, let me know." He'd add, finally. He was silent for a moment as he thought things over, his head bouncing just slightly in confirmation as he went over everything. Though, in doing so, something else came to mind.. "Does anyone have any questions for me now? Anything that you'd like to focus on in training or know in general?" the fox would say, gaze flicking to and fro, ears perked and eager to take in anything anyone had to say, whether it be criticism, a request, or anything of the like.

  • Sangria was the one to conduct the Commune Guild meetings. And while they weren't uniform or consistent, they were still far more plentiful than that of the other guilds. It wasn't something she felt she could take pride in, but she did, in a minor case if any at all. The young fem had paws in many worlds - Commune, Healing, and was even considering to join the Warfare Guild and learn how to protect herself properly. Suffice it to say that she was lucky to have heard her mentor's call instead of being off, doing something else.

She sat towards the front of the crowd like a dutiful student, not minding when another's shoulder brushed against her own. She could see, as he continued on, that he was doing his best. Sure, his voice shook a bit, and there may have been moments where his papers were out of order, but that was a given. Some pride swelled up in her chest for Claes, though she waited for him to open up the floor for conversation to say anything.

"I'll go with you to the gathering," she offered, her wings spreading slightly. She hardly used them for travel, though she forced herself to learn how to fly. They were mere decorations with added benefits, "And I'd like a one-on-one with you sometime. I think I've been falling behind on my learning, anyhow," it was true, he couldn't fault her for telling the truth. After a beat, she lowered her voice and leaned closer to him, "You're doing great," she offered as encouragement before straightening out her back.
