Everyone needed a break sometimes. He had only been just promoted to deputy, and while he loved his job and the power it gave him, he couldn't help but be irritated. Everyone seemed to underestimate him and his abilities just because he was still a teenager and not a true adult yet. Who cared? He was the most active, he was smart, he was incredibly strong both physically and mentally, he had every quality a deputy should have. The rest of the Clan was just jealous. But it pissed him off that they thought he could dismiss him like that. They couldn't just do that, he was the deputy! He'd kill them or boot them. He didn't care, they were all expendable to him.

In an effort to clear his mind, the Hellhound walked away from Brigade territory. He wasn't that far, but far enough that the scent of the border was behind him. He just needed a mental health break before he set the entire camp on fire. With this amount of irritation, the flames from his paws had engulfed most of his legs and reached up to his stomach and chest. He was practically just a min fireball at this point.

    ANGELFACE EVD -

  • the multicolored dire wolf had been wandering far out of her own territory, which lied deep within the harrow desert, because she simply needed a break from the scorching weather. sometimes she wondered whether or not she made the right choice about where she decided to join, just based on the climate alone. hmm. she found herself in a much nicer climate, shaded by trees, until she saw an odd figure in the distance. it was rather close to the deer she had been stalking the past few minutes, and she growled under her breath as she saw fire radiating off of the creature. narrowing her eyes, she made out the shape of a canine. maybe he would stay out of her way. she continued creeping up on the herd, eyeing them until she found a nice and meaty buck nestled within them. sure, he had antlers, but it's nothing she couldn't deal with for sure.

she readied herself before leaping out from the undergrowth and charging into the clearing they were in, muscles rippling as she lunged for the buck and scraped his hind leg with her claws. he was knocked slightly to the side and began to run in a different direction, and she changed her course to match his. what she wasn't paying attention to, however, was the location of the strange canine. she was solely focused on the hunt. as she raced towards the buck again, it leapt around something and she was running much too fast to deflect whatever it had moved away from. she had to roll to the side to miss the scorching hellhound, and snarled angrily at the fact that her meal was bounding away. looking to the male, she stood up quickly and showed her teeth, which were now sparkling with electricity.

    SPEECHLOGAN MALACHITEWOLF

  • ✦ ✧ ✦ Oz was startled by all the sudden movement, a random stranger coming out of nowhere on a hunt and grazing him by. His head whipped around to follow her, both with irritation and confusion at what she was doing. He flared up even more as she growled at him, and he reciprocated the growl, lifting his haunches and his upper lip to reveal his pearly whites. "The fuck are you growling at me for? I didn't do anything to fuck up your hunt, you just suck!" He snaps angrily, holding his ground steadily and positioning himself defensively in case she were to attack him. "Who the fuck are you?" He asks, glaring at her and noticing the little sparks of electricity. He hadn't seen anyone with that kind of power before, so for a moment, he was nearly intrigued by her. It wasn't her fault that she had just caught his bad attitude in the wrong time. He was tolerable sometimes.

  • as he growled back, she licked her ebony lips before peeling them back and deepening her snarl. it was vicious, full of aggression and dominance. her deep teal eyes raked over his body, sizing him up, before locking on his own eyes and burning into them with sheer anger. he had insulted her hunting, which she had trained months on end for, and she didn't take it too well. she snapped her jaws at him, mere inches from his face, before whipping her tail back and forth and creating little sparks behind her. Listen, I didn't ask for your opinion. she snapped back, ocean eyes then narrowing at him and she almost wanted to barrel into him right there. she snorted as he asked who she was, letting a laugh escape her lips before she aimed to leap on top of him and pin him to the ground to show not only that she wasn't scared of him, but that she was strong and would gladly show him how well she could hold her ground if needed. she smirked, with a dangerous gleam covering her face, as she opened her mouth to speak again. The name's Logan. I wouldn't forget it. her voice was sweet but strong and laced with poison.

    SPEECHLOGAN MALACHITEWOLF

  • ✦ ✧ ✦ Oz rolled his eyes as she snapped at him, so hard that they might have gone to the back of his head. What, did she think he was intimidated by her? God, he could eat her for breakfast! He could burn her up and have her chained up in Hell for all he cared! He was already pissed and he didn't need her down his neck. "And I didn't ask for you to be up my ass." Although he wasn't really expecting her to barrel at him, so when she did, he was taken by surprise. She managed to topple him over, and he let out a grunt as he hit the ground and was pinned by her. He stared at her in nearly disbelief. "How dare you touch me." He growls lowly as she introduces himself, though he doesn't seem interested in pushing her off. He doesn't even attempt to. He doesn't seem to care.

"Ozymandias." He responds after her, though his eyes still stare into hers with surprise and disbelief. "What do you think you're proving?" He barks, the slightest of a smirk coming across his face. Oo, the big bad Logan was gonna hurt him!

  • how dare she? she laughed at that, tightening her grip for a moment before snorting and lowering her face closer to his. her eyes looked like raging tsunamis, and electricity crackled near her muzzle. she was amused by his amusement actually. as he smirked, she rolled her eyes and licked her lips, making the electricity disappear. Simply showing you I'm not scared of you, and that even little ole me, dares to touch you. In fact, I pinned you, sooo... she grunted before smirking and then stepping off of him, shaking out her wild and ruffled fur to try and get it to look less messy. she was definitely an interesting character, having mood swings out the ass. but she eyed him curiously, wondering what the hell he was doing around here.

    SPEECHLOGAN MALACHITEWOLF

  • ✦ ✧ ✦ Once he gets off of her, he rolls over onto his legs and brings himself back onto his paws. He looks at her, tossing his head in a roll as if he was disinterested. "Yeah, well, I'm not scared of a lil ol' girl like you either. So I guess that makes us equal." He responds, sneering. "You caught me off guard, that's all." He excuses himself, though he is seemingly amused by her. "What are you doing out here? Where are you from? You smell like a Clan, I just can't put my paw on which one."

  • she snorted as he sounded so sure of himself, eyeing him before seating herself with a soft thud. she didn't meet many people outside the ruins, and didn't really meet many people within it anyway. which was odd, since she was usually such a social animal despite her nasty attitude. I'm a part of the Sanguine Ruins. Was born in the Exiles. I came to find relief from the damn sun out there, it's ridiculous. Where the hell are you from? she grunted, before digging through her thick neck fur an pulling out a pouch. it had a pack of cigarettes, and she gingerly pulled one out. she could spark a fire it she really wanted to, but it was easier to ask the one who actually could create it right off the bat. You wanna be a dear and light this for me? she questioned in a sickly sweet voice, giving him a playful wink. her eyes were full of childlike begging, almost like "puppy dog eyes."

    SPEECHLOGAN MALACHITEWOLF

  • ✦ ✧ ✦ Oz watched her sit down, as if he was confused for a moment. After all that, she was sitting for what? A conversation? He figured he would mirror her, sitting down as well. "I'm the deputy of the Painted Brigade." He says dryly. He doesn't have much interaction with the Ruins, he knows little about them besides the fact that he isn't supposed to attack them. Anything beyond that he didn't really care about, even though he should know as Administrator.

He watched her pull out the cigarettes, though honestly, he'd never seen one before. "Uh, yeah." He mutters, looking away from her puppy dog eyes awkwardly and trying to look at literally anything else like the ground. He lifts his paw so a small flame lights the end of the cigarette before pulling it away so he didn't catch it on fire. "What's that?"

  • she could tell how odd her mood swings were to the other canine, but shrugged it off before she caught him staring at the ground. did he not want to make eye contact? that was possibly Logan's best feature: the way her oceanic eyes contrasting against the darkness of her fur. people found them either intimidating or captivating usually. once he asked what was in her mouth, she inhaled deeply and let out a puff of smoke from the side. You've never seen a cigarette before? Basically it's an addictive drug that can give you shit like lung cancer, but they calm me down so. she explained, looking down at it (basically crosseyed) before returning her stare to the male's face to study him further.

    SPEECHLOGAN MALACHITEWOLF

  • ✦ ✧ ✦ Oz rolled his eyes, "What? You want to die faster?" He snorts humorously, his glance returning back to Logan for a moment. His crimson eyes certainly were the opposite of hers, but he just didn't want to make eye contact. He didn't like others, and Logan wouldn't be any different. The only person he liked was his dad, and even at that, he has never called Kingpin "dad" or anything similar. "It smells gross." He comments as the smell of burning tobacco wafts past his nose and it twitches. "If you want to die, just jump off a cliff or something. At least it will kill you faster than those. Or, you know, find a better coping mechanism."
