  • I didnt put the controversial tag since there is a hell of a lot of them on the board but he is injured so tw for blood and mentions of sibling abuse

bo was tired. he had been traveling for a while, head low and body aching but he just had to get back to riverclan. after he got captured by his brother, his life pretty much became a living hell and as much as bo tried to ignore it, he knew that there was something terribly wrong with his brother. though they had only been half siblings, bo's brother hated all of him. and it definitely showed. he was bleeding from fresh, wounds and old wounds that had been reopening. on his face, his sides, even down his back and on his stomach. clearly, he fought back when escaping, but not without a few wounds. his ribs were bruised, he could feel them being nearly broken with every kick, every step. but bo still held a smile on his face. he didn't want anyone to see him cry, and while he had cried the entire way back, he was just glad to be back. he weakly moved to sit down, huffing as he tried to catch his breath. when he finally looked at his blurred surroundings, eyes focusing, he realized.. there he was. right near the stepping stones. he wanted desperately to get across but he was so tired, his body wouldnt even move on his brain's command.

    "speech here"

  • it didn't hurt any less the second time.

"bo!" she nearly flew over stepping stones to meet him, eyes wide in horror at the state he was in. again? oh, stars, not again. not him. not again. "bo? bo? what happened?" she nearly flew over stepping stones to reach him, greeting her friend with a worried touch to his cheek. oh, stars. oh, stars. "c-can you make it to camp? i'm gonna f-fix you up, okay?" any semblance of composure was melting away like blood dripping down his body. she had to keep it together for him, but the moons of worry for her friend and his current state were proving to be overwhelming. this was... just like last time. "w-was it your brother?" this... this wasn't helping was it.

finchblossom wasn't strong enough to support him herself. desperate eyes flickered to the area around them for anyone bigger or stronger than she. "d-don't worry, bo... don't worry. it's gonna be okay." the assurance was for both of them; maybe a little more for finch than bo.

  • for a moment, it was as if her voice was echoing, in the background of nothingness as his eys focused on a single spot in the ground. it wasn't until his name was spoken a third time that he snapped out of his trance, looking upwards to see finch beside him. he stared into her blue pools, his own emerald eyes blinking slightly before he just pushed a smile on his face, moving to rub his muzzle against her cheek. "finch! a-ah.. missed ya.. are ya okay.. ya look ah little worried." he forgot just for a second that he looked like he had gone through a wringer, brusied nloody and bleeding. he looked down at himself, sighing witha half hearted chuckle at the question of whether or not it was his brother and to protect him from questions he just ignored it. "ah can make it. ah just need.. ah little help."
