  • Well, fuck, this had taken forever. But how the hell was he supposed to know where to get all the shit for this? Also, he'd never been all that interested in wind chimes. He understood that it was an important part of their culture and whatever, but.. they were just hanging things that made clinking noises. Still, he'd been told to do this and he would. Yellow eyes glint as he finishes organizing the piles of charms, strings, and various other materials that would be needed to make these things. He actually hadn't made his own yet, so he'd probably be doing that today. Frowning slightly at the prospect of so much work for a small piece of decor, Lemon forces himself to stand up and send a brief look around the village. "Hey! Come make your wind chimes if you haven't already!" He'd call out, not really leaving it as an option since everyone was kind of supposed to have one, though obviously he wasn't going to hunt them down if they didn't show up. He didn't care enough to go to such excessive lengths. Returning his thoughts to the current task, Lemon would pull a few pieces out of their piles and begin hanging strings and metal chimes from a base. He didn't know exactly what charms he'd be using but he'd think about it later.

  • The young queen was there, contemplative and a bit uncertain as she gazed down at the various materials she had before her in her work station. Wind Chimes had not been such a big part of the clan's culture when Evergreen had led, though it was only natural that a lot of things would have changed in the seasons that had slipped by. Wind Chimes were beautiful, and she liked this part of the Mt. Kodiak-dwelling group's culture; she had made sure to ask a lot of questions, trying to understand it, and hoped that she had gotten everything right. With a soft, determined sigh, the bluish feline would get to work, paws busy as they strung different crafts material to make this symbolic instrument of the wind.

Stepping back slightly, she examined the finished product: It was fairly rudimentary, but not bad. She'd chosen a stone for her birth month, a bead for her favorite color, a charm for her hobby, and a flower.
