Possible Plotting

I see this topic is a bit older, so I thought I'd ask if you'd filled your plate yet or if you were still looking for rps?

Cool, would you like to combine a few of your topics or just focus on them individually, i.e. supernatural+romance+fantasy+Angst or just Romance?

Alright, sounds good. More or less I'm just cobbling together something out of the topics provided.

Just so you know how I'm going about it, though, this is sort of how I categorize things in my own head:

~Supernatural = classic monsters(vampire, werewolf), plus anything superhero/comic book related; more modern than not, fits squarely within typical human culture

~Fantasy = fantasy genre creatures, motivations, and plots; medeaval and has it's own culture/world building.

~Angst= The normal stuff people use to make backstories out of, but played out instead of as part of the backstory; abuse/neglect, experimentation and imprisonment, etc.

To that end:

- A story taking place in a fantasy realm. Two characters from different villages/lands find two items- one a stone, the other a key. they can be friends, enemies, rivals or strangers, but the stone is actually a dragon egg, the key is to a tower in which hides an orpaned griffin. Each bonds with their respective find and in doing so is granted certain supernatural gifts(dragon- manip of fire/breathing fire themselves, telepathy, armored skin | griffin- manip of wind/storms, communication with animals, breif bouts of dreamlike and enigmatic clairvoyance | both- higher than normal speed, endurance, and senses). While they explore these new abilities, they meet, and can take the relationship any which way from here, but both their families/hometowns/kingdoms have designs on using them as a means to gain power. They can either be forced to fight each other despite their blossoming relationship, choose to band together and fight their townships, or try to stop the violence.

-Another fantasy realm setting. One character is some average race, and the other is a rare, exhaulted, and dying race- elven, Ancient, elemental, what have you- and they begin a friendship, however the average character is not allowed into the realm of the exhaulted, and the exhaulted coming into the regular world would most certainly mean capture, enslavement, and/or death. They can do different things like sneaking into either place, being caught, helping one or the other evade capture or escape it, etc.

-Fantasy setting. One is a lower race subjegated by other races (animal related species, like halfsies, werecreatures, etc) and this is simply how it's always been. This character is made a servant of a more noble race's family specifically to the other character. This can be as an attendant, a maidservant type, a bodyguard, or any combination thereof, but despite the difference in classes/castes, they begin to become really great friends. It is not looked upon with approval by anyone, and there's the ever looming threat of (further) harm, loss of work, or worse for the lower species character and yet they persist. Other things can happen like kidnappings, coups, running away to try and build a differnt life while being hunted by the snooty noble race's people/family etc.

Tell me what you think, and if you had any ideas yourself.

Cool, of the first two, I personally prefer the first one myself.

I think it'd be best to plot further before starting so we know what we're doing.
