hi! i know i’m like, three years late to the stranger things hype, but i just binged season 1 (working my way thru s2 now) and, oh my god! i am absolutely in love with the show’s premise and general feel! i am such a fan of 80’s horror, so this was right up my alley!
all that out of the way, i was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a little group thread set in the st universe? i was thinking small as in like, 3-5 people including myself each with 1-2 characters. we wouldn’t be following the exact plot of any season obviously, but i was thinking just like. big bad monster starts kidnapping/killing people, and a buncha wacky kids/teens gotta stop it1!!1!!!1!!1!!1!! wow epic right? from there, i figured we could all plot together after making our characters and figuring out how they each fit into the story together, and then coming up with the skeleton of a story arc! oh also before i forget, i’m usually an advanced rper, meaning i work best giving/receiving 2-5 paragraphs per character per post, but i know not everyone likes doing it that way so i’m very flexible! as long as there’s at least one decently sized paragraph per reply, i’ll be fine! :^)
also, i was thinking like... maybe we’d each get both / the choice of either a human or super power person? i guess that’s something we could all voices our opinions on... it might make it a little easy for our purely human characters if they each had their own guardian super power kid, but who knows, maybe the evil bad bitch boy is even stronger because of it? :thinking emoji:
we could either do this rp here or on discord! i’ve found both effective depending on personal preferences so like, go crazy go stupid!
