Anna got comfy and huffed when she felt the baby move again so set her empty glass down. Henry hummed “we shall leave you to it”he replied and walked Emily inside. Anna noticed “are you and my brother ok?”

Damian looked down at hwr and nodded,
"Yeah, i think we're better actually"
He said softly before he kissed her,
"I love you Anna.... and i want you to know that im here for you"
He told her softly as he rested a hand on her stomach

She kissed back rather surprised at it all and she nodded some in silence as the baby moved some more. “Love you too..”she sighed. “Back in my time. You always got married before a child”she joked “you were living in sin otherwise and you were going to hell. Luckily I can’t go anywhere I’m stuck here”

Damian listened to her and amiled a bit as she said it back to him before feeling the baby kick and looking down at her stomach,
"Im okay with being a sinner"
He said soflty as he looked back into her eyes,
"You know we could always at least make some sort of step forward to mak this more offical if you would like"
He said sofltt as he gebtle ran his thumb back and foruth on her stomch

Anna hummed gently “well I’m supposed to be dead so I guess it’s a start. “She rubbed her arm not quite used to the baby moving so much. “Hm what do you mean? Like courting?”she was still a lil old fashioned even in this predicament.

Damian nodded some as he took his hand off her stomach, maybe seeing if the chikd would stop moving so much if he did so,
"Yeah, if you want that is"
He said softly as he looked at her, offering a gentle smile

Anna relaxed some and leaned back “Yeah we could..”she replied. She wanted him around. She was falling for him. So she had to keep him safe. She was relaxing by the fire as the baby calmed when she spotted a red coat in the trees rather distant but she frowned “Damian. I need help to go inside..”she was worried.

Damian raised a brow before slowly and carfulky helping her to her feet and walking with her outside,
"What wrong Anna?"
He questioned as he looked sorund them, a hand on her back as they stood out thwre

Anna waddled inside somewhat and shook her head “I..I saw someone”she groaned some and sat down. Henry came to her side with another glass of blood “who?”he asked
“Red coat”Anna replied before drinking. Henry’s eyes went wide before he went outside and stared at the figure. An informant for the ancients

Damian stayed beside Anna as he watched Henry go outside. The informant slowly came over to Henry and handed him a letter, not saying a single thing before he was suddenly gone.
The ketter was hand written and had a blood dripped emblem as the ceil

Anna breathed out as she tried to stay calm but she was anxious. She pulled the blanket over her some more. Henry walked inside and whistled.
Jasper and Emily sat down and even kai appeared since he wanted to know what was happening. Henry sighed and opened the letter and read it

The superiors had written:
This family is now under the suspension of treasion against the bloods code. Somebody will be by with the next few days to investigate the claims that were give to us and to question eaxh family memeber. If you try abd run your charges will be doubled and death will the most likely outcome. See you soon.
Damian listened as the note was read allowed and he frowned a bit as he looked over at Anna and rubbed her back some. He wasnt going to lwt anything happen to her or hia kids so something needed to be done and done soon to be sure nobody would get hurt or taken away

Henry sighed "Well.."He sighed "Someones reported us."He set the letter aside. Emily was worried "Theres nothing we can do but to obey..no one gets past them."She rubbed Henrys arm trying to be calm. Jasper was pissed "But for what? They didn't specifiy..so Argon will send his brutes here to talk to us..is it about Damian being a human mate..or Anna being Ancient. Or being pregnant"He snapped. Anna bit her lip "I...Damian..I don't want to hear this"Sh whispered rather weakly. She needed to be calm during this time, she had a week or two at most left with this pregnancy and stress was making her anxious.

Damian looked down at her and nodded before carfully oixking her up into his arms and carried her up to her room,
"Are you hungry?"
He questioned softly as he set her down onto her bed and laid down beside her,
"I can get you soemthing to eat if you want"
He said softly as he played with the tios of her hair and kissed her forehead slighty

Anna sighed gently “no I don’t need anything I’ve had my feeds today”she said gently. She just didn’t want to be there as they talked about it. As the days rolled by she only felt more anxious and stressed. She barely rested due to her anxiety.
Henry smelt them immediately “everyone. Sit still I’ll let them in”he replied. Emily sat down and sighed rather annoyed.
Anna bit her lip and stayed on the sofa as jasper stood behind it ready to attack if needed. Anna has blankets over her to hide her bump somewhat

Damian stay in the backyard near kai to hid his scent from them and hopfully it would work.
Omce the front door was opened and older man and woman came in. The women was definitely a newer character that none of them even knew so that was a red flag almost instantly,
"Good morning"
She said sweetly as they came and in looked around,
"I will be talking to the females and my griend here will be talking to the males. Sound like a plan?"

Henry sighed “good morning..”he said back before glancing at jasper and Damien “alright. Let’s talk outside”he said and jasper followed Henry outside so the girls couldn’t hear.
Emily sat next to Anna to keep her calm “it’s gonna be fine hun I promise”she whispered.

The women sat infront of them and smiled as she looked at them,
"My name is Elise, im was informed of a couple thing i need you both to be honest with me otherwise its going ti make the situation much worse for you okay?"
She said softly before she took out paper and pen,
"Are you involved with a boy named Damian"
"Are you bearing his child"
"Was there a failed attempt in a war that recebtly occured."
"And finally, where is the child now if you are bearing one"
She listed each question very slowly before looking up at them and waited as she could see the fear in both of their eyes

Anna sighed knowing she had to be honest. She knew they had ways of telling. She bit her lip “Damien is my mate..and I am bearing his child.”she replied. Emily sighed and rubbed her shoulder a little more calm “there was an outbreak of diseased vampires..they tried to start a war against us for Anna. We won. My mate managed to restore half the diseased back to human with no memory.”.she informed
